Wow today’s attendant is the worst hire! She completely disrespected me. I am a long time customer, and now they lost me. She actually pulled my clothes out and did not allow to dry. Had to go finish somewhere else. Even called police... for no reason! If my clothes is ruined because of this they will have to pay me! I have pictures and police even said I could sue!! Management needs to take note!!! Contact me if you want more feedback!!!

lots of broken machines and getting one is difficult. the place charges quarters for small washers and requires the purchase of a $3 card which you load to use larger washers and the dryers. better off elsewhere.

Went in to do my laundry and as I was getting quarters, an elderly woman with gray hair started swearing at me and told me to “leave and never come back”... I’m still not sure what I did wrong??? How are you supposed to wash your clothes without quarters? What is the change-machine / bill-breaker there for if you aren’t allowed to use it? This place is horrible. Even for Cranston Street...
