Super professional. The Carpet cleaning service i received was better than anyone i have ever experienced. I had a really bad pet urine problem. They were able to get all of the pee spots out and my home smelled so good i couldn't believe it. My carpet looked brand new. Horrible customers service, and way too expensive. $1.20/lb AND they charge $16 extra for comforters. Guy saw us coming with our arms full and didn't even bother to help, then took an extra couple minutes to even help us with no one in line. Our order total was $52! Outrageous! When we said thanks, but would go elsewhere, he asked for the free laundry card back. Seriously? Never going back.

I hired this carpet cleaning service based on the reviews for a move out carpet cleaning, and they did not disappoint! Mike did a fantastic job and was really nice! The carpet on the stairs and to and from rooms where a lot of the traffic is was shades of grey and black and when he was done the carpet looked brand new! Definitely will hire them again!!!

I had a party coming up and I had to decide whether to get new carpet installed or have them cleaned. They were pretty bad from my two dogs. I priced it out and decided to have them cleaned and see if that worked. My carpets look brand new and it saved me from buying new carpets. The guy that came over was really easy to talk to and communicated really well what needed to be done and why. I would recommend this company.

Fantastic service! I've used Mike twice! The first time was before we moved into our current home, the carpets we're disgusting! After he was done, they were like new and month later they still look fantastic! We also had 2 rugs done, and they look just as good! Best laundromat around. It's CLEAN! the washers don't smell like mildew, the dryers don't smell burnt. Cable TV and wifi! Time snacks and the best part- The owners and staff. I've been going there for around 7 years and it's never a disappointment. They even have a kids section with a few toys and books. They're awesome.

I have had Mike clean my 3000 sq ft home several times. I have tile, area rugs and carpet in my home. I also have 2 small dogs that occasionally would urinate on my carpeted floor. Mike was able to clean disinfect and deodorize the areas. He always does a great job. On time, professional, and for a good price. He also cleans my grout in my tiled floors, he makes them look like new! Only floor cleaning service we use.

I own two dogs, a 2 year old Goldendoodle and 10 month old Husky, and have white carpet (came with the house, not my choice). My carpet has seen a lot of foot traffic, wet/dirty dogs, and many play dates. The carpets were vacuumed prior to his arrival and emptied 3 times, but he was able to pull up even more dog hair, dirt, etc. that was hiding beneath before washing; looked like I never vacuumed. Mike was a lifesaver and saved my carpets. Definitely calling KEEP IT CLEAN to clean the rest of the carpets in the house! Curious how long they will stay white for this time... the dogs have accepted the challenge!

He turned our once WHITE carpet that was heavily soiled by traffic, stains and 3 small kids back WHITE. I actually found him on Yelp after reading other reviews of the work he did and his REASONABLE rates. I was so tired of getting the price gouging from other carpet cleaning businesses after they saw the size of our house and had to do something different. I was once quoted nearly $1000 to clean carpet in a 4 bedroom 2 story house! INSANE! But NOT Mike with Keep It Clean! He was fair, even offered a 25% discount because I heard about him here on Yelp. Mike showed up early, did a walked through, black light checked our carpet for "pet problem areas", and got started right away! I have a new 4mo puppy, 1.5yo potty training, 6yo dog, 9yo son, roommate and husband ... all boys/men between them all as well as accidents our home definitely needed a deep cleaning! Mike was fast but payed attention to the "problem areas" I had pointed out to him! He was very well priced and very professional over the phone and in my home! What a difference a good clean carpet makes in a home. Thank you to Keep it Clean for a wonderful job on my upstairs. Mike was unprofessional over the phone with me. He called me after he completed the job and demanded to pay him asap. I am out of state and wanted to verify the work with my tenant, but he was disgusted and said that he was already late for his next appointment and that he needs the money NOW! He then hang up on me after I asked if I can call him back after five mins. That is very unprofessional. I will not do business with him again.
