Great place to do laundry

I dropped my laundry off on Sunday morning and was told the laundry would be finished later that night. I received no update on the progress of my laundry until Tuesday (forcing me to resort to the little clothes I had left clean). I received a call from the delivery man and so far he is 2 hours later than expected. The service is poor and slow for how expensive it is to wash and dry ones clothes (about 25 dollars for me) especially considering the waiting time is around 3 days. Simply unreliable and inefficient.

My family and I has been going here for several years. Recently both the customer service and functionality of the business have caused me to switch to another company, even though I have to drive out of my way. I work nonstop through the week and routinely take care of my laundering needs on the weekends. How can you run a service business when there are no store associates to help you with issues, such as broken machines, customer service, keeping the place clean, etc. In the middle of the day on Saturday and Sunday there is no one there. I gave them a few weeks to try and get everything under control, however, it seems to be getting worse rather than better. The prices are pretty outrageous anyways and I had been considering leaving before this. I have taken my business elsewhere.

If you choose to pick up laundry that you ask to be cleaned (like sleeping bags) instead of delivery to your house, be aware that there will likely be no one at the counter most of the day. It took a few days of trying to be able to get items, and it is difficult to try to get a hold of an employee on the phone.

It's clean it's in safe neighborhood they offer services most laundry places don't such as pick up delivery they will separate it use what detergents you want and they are eger to please customers

I am not very aquatinted with laundromats so imagine how pleased I was to find the owner and her employee there directing me to which machines would work best for me!! It was very clean and compared to another place I had tried, their prices were so reasonable!! I'm thankful a friend recommended this business to me!!!

I'm an honorably retired career military Veteran...I've traveled all over the world and I've had my wash done literally everywhere! The service here at GTFO is excellent with an impressive personable staff, Mr.Turcone being a Veteran himself just solidified my experience and I'll be a customer until I leave Rhode Island no doubt. The website is just so cool, from the music to the info its great. Being a Wounded Warrior myself it really makes my heart full and happy to see the Wounded Warrior Program promoted on the website as well. Can't wait to let them GTFO of my clothes again!!
