Normally, a good place to do laundry, but I had a really bad experience there not too long ago.. Something in one of the dryers left yellow stains on various clothing articles.. I reported the problem to the staff, and they were just nonchalant about it, and I wasn't compensated in any way..

I am so happy this place is here. Laundry world can't hold a candle to this place, prices are better, and on .25 cents per dry cycle. Yet it's still better than laundry worlds "free" dryers. All you have to do is refer to my laundry world review to know what im saying. Or visit laundry world if u want a terrible experience. I suggest that u come here to freeway instead of wasting another cent at laundry world

The machines are very good, it’s a clean place but the people how work ther the always have a bad service, I asks something and they answers as if they were scolding for not knowing how the machines work. If the employee have problems at home they should let the problems at home and no customer should pay for the bad attitude that causes problems at home.

I usually go to Dexter St, but decided to try Broadway St. There website clearly states free dryers, but you would think that having several other locations that all of the Freeways Laundromat would be the same not to mention I had funds on my card from Dexter St Freeway and had to get a whole new card when going to Broadway St location. I’ll be staying with Dexter St Freeway laundromat going forward.

While i have been going here since they opened, I do love their machines. However, even with their cameras they were not able to assist me when my clothes were stolen on 2 separate occasions. I love how you can get soap and bags etc..if you need it. One time I went and they let last wash start at 9pm, it was 902 pm when i arrived with one load and the person cleaning the machines was fighting with me and wouldn't let me wash the small load. I was so mad because I had struggled to get there only to be turned away. I still go here though. Weekends you may have to wait for machines.

I had come here once every 2 weeks up until a few months ago. It is clean, excellent employees. They have restrooms, 3 or 4 televisions, areas to fold clothes or to sit and read, play a game. It can get noisy and congested with lots of young children; some running around. I was a long time regular customer up until a. Few months ago and as far as laundromats go; its one of the best.

You have to buy a card to do your laundry. I'm from Texas and will probably never got back there but I had to buy a card and load money on it to do my laundry. Ridiculous.

Depends who is working. Sometimes the workers are super friendly and others they ignore you when you're picking up laundry. Always folded on point though

This place is horrible!!! Specially the manager and one old lady staff.. they are so freaking mean to the point that they made me cry. This place needs to close!! They said they gonna send my mom home just because she get a roll of paper just like two rolls and they gonna send a cops for that??!?!?? So mean!!! This place needs to close.. the staff dont even know how to speak english.. and when i use theyre machine the soap didnt go down and I told the staff they said they cant do anything ..

This laundromat has been consistently good since I started using it at the beginning of the summer. My first time here, an attendant showed me how everything worked and checked back with me half way through my stay to make sure everything was going well. The service has continued to be friendly and knowledgeable. As a side note, they are also always working, no employee is lounging around. They are open good hours and I even did 3 loads on labor day. It appears to me that all the machines are always working, inside is clean, and so is the parkinglot. The dryers are not free like in Attleboro but they work alot better and I usually pay about $1 to dry a load.

The old dryers in the corner took almost $5 to dry to small loads but the new ones were able to do the same work for .25. Very clean though

I use to come here all the time. That being said the customer service has gone down Drastically in the last 2 yrs. The staff once friendly and smiling all the time, now acts like it’s a burden to deal with the customer. No, interest with questions or problems. When large dryers are left with only a few items in it for over a half hr, employees can’t remove clothes to make room for usage. Dryers are saved for drop off laundry. I understand the are accommodating to Two type clients: drop off and self laundry. We also understand rules for business are rules..... that being said.... explaining them to customers with smiles and understanding go A lot further than... faces with disgust, the attitude we are interrupting their day and no interest in us your customer. ( there are other places to go. ) Children lay out across the couches taking naps, run all over un supervised, running into clients, swearing and cussing. It is sad that again in the new age of technology .... quantity is more important that customer service. When The owner use to work here it was held at a Much better standard across the board. The effect will Eventually trickle down no matter how much the service is used or needed. Then the owners already make their profit and dont care. SAD AGAIN. Here again, 3 months later. There was black glue on the edge of dryer. I asked if she could spray it so I couldn’t scrub it off? Response: No, maintenance will fix later. Use another dryer. Well dryers were full. I went to car got a cloth wet n wiped it clean myself, which was my intention. SAD DAY When a clerk can’t even assists customer. I keep trying to use this place.. I knew the owner: at one time they really cared about ALL their customers and their owned property and environment on their property. Honesty, the customers are friendlier than the staff. I’m done with this place.
