I use to come here all the time.
That being said the customer service has gone down Drastically in the last 2 yrs. The staff once friendly and smiling all the time, now acts like it’s a burden to deal with the customer. No, interest with questions or problems.
When large dryers are left with only a few items in it for over a half hr, employees can’t remove clothes to make room for usage. Dryers are saved for drop off laundry. I understand the are accommodating to Two type clients: drop off and self laundry. We also understand rules for business are rules..... that being said.... explaining them to customers with smiles and understanding go A lot further than...
faces with disgust, the attitude we are interrupting their day and no interest in us your customer. ( there are other places to go. )
Children lay out across the couches taking naps, run all over un supervised, running into clients, swearing and cussing.
It is sad that again in the new age of technology .... quantity is more important that customer service. When The owner use to work here it was held at a Much better standard across the board. The effect will Eventually trickle down no matter how much the service is used or needed. Then the owners already make their profit and dont care. SAD AGAIN.
Here again, 3 months later. There was black glue on the edge of dryer. I asked if she could spray it so I couldn’t scrub it off? Response: No, maintenance will fix later. Use another dryer. Well dryers were full. I went to car got a cloth wet n wiped it clean myself, which was my intention. SAD DAY When a clerk can’t even assists customer. I keep trying to use this place.. I knew the owner: at one time they really cared about ALL their customers and their owned property and environment on their property. Honesty, the customers are friendlier than the staff. I’m done with this place.
