I have been going to this laundry mat for years, at least once or twice a week and I absolutely love it and the people that work there !! This is by far the cleanest laundry matt in Pawtucket I have ever been too and the employees are always super nice and helpful :)) (other laundrymatts in the location I can NOT say the same) Big fan of the extended hours because of my new work schedule, the attendant are very helpful and sweet ! I have witnessed multiply times new costumers coming in and being clueless And the employees jumping in to help without the costumer even having to ask which is wicked awesome to see !! The place is always clean when I go, no detergent all over the place, no softener sheets flooding the floor, no over flowing trash, plus they have arcade games for the kids, couple of Tv’s, and a new vending machine (: Also, across the street is a Dunkin’ which put the cherry on top for me !

Dropped off my laundry 4 days ago and every time I go to pick it up no one is there. I’ve tried calling four times and no one answers the phone. The hours say 5 am to Midnight but there’s never anyone actually working. This place is poorly managed and I wouldn’t recommend doing business with them

This place has no oversight and is disgustingly dirty. What a difference to what they say the place is like. An expensive joke at best!

The washers are always smelly and do not wash the clothes very well. The washers do not produce much water so sometimes the soap in still on the clothes. One of the attendants was rude when I asked a question about the lack of water in the washer, he actually seemed like he wanted to fight. Never again!!! I'm going up the street to a better laundromat.

This laundromat has steadily gone downhill since they made all the big changes about two years ago. Yes they extended the hours, but they cut down on staff. Now I can go earlier but it’s not as clean. The people who still work here are nice but it’s open with no attendant for too long. How can they keep up? Today there are at least 5 dryers not working and 1 or 2 washers. This is sad. I’ve been coming here for years and I’m thinking of looking elsewhere. Do the owners no longer care or did they never care?

This place is outrageous as far as prices go. I brought in a full laundry bag and they charged me $56.22. Seriously? And their personality is terrible. I would never suggest this place to ANYONE,not even my worse enemy. They were that bad. I also dropped it off in the afternoon and they told me I could not pick it up until the next day at noon time! They need to take a personality class as well.

Actually mad I got out of work late!!!!! Probably worst laundromat I’ve ever been to!!!!! 1 no attendant here! It’s my first time here! Clothes came out not soaked but very wet!!! They don’t smell like my clothes usually do!!! Forgot dryer sheets at home paid $1.25 for two dryer sheets !! Let’s be real two

I use to come here all the time. I brought my laundry in and right back out. There is mold in some of the right washers. . All Washers doors n handled were filthy.jus kinda sad for people who have to use this facility.The old owners use to Care about there property and their patrons. Frankly, the un cleanliness of this place is unhealthy.
