All different sized washers and tables to sit at and wait. The staff that work there are friendly, some more so than others. Wish it was open a bit later and the prices are a tad high.

First time going there, and the woman was very nice. Helped me get a card and helped me with the prices and the best wash to choose. It was very clean! Also, there is a bathroom, which was huge. (Was probably out of order when other people went who said there wasn't one, which happens.) For every $10 you put on the card, you get a free $1. (Not sure why all the other bad reviews here. I had a very good experience.)

Most of the Service ladies are brash and inconsiderate. Attendant frequently unfindable. came in 15 minutes before last wash load and was told not to load a machine.

Staff sucks mostly, very rude, smokes cigarettes right by the door. No bathroom. No WiFi. TV is always on daytime trash, so i hate bringing my kid.

Family of 6. I can wash EVERYTHING in the house for like $35 in 1 hour. I suppose the bathroom could be prettier but I've never been disgusted. Other than that...

The customer service there is terrible!!! The staff is very RUDE ! I ask a simple question about how much it was to wash a load and the lady said 2.65!!! I didn't have change so I asked for change and she gave it to me!! Before I could say thank you she yelled YOUR WELCOME!There not friendly at all there. She watch every move I make like I was going to steal a free wash smh!!!

I haven't had a problem with the staff, they've kept to themselves every time I'm in there, which I prefer most if the time. I mostly use this location because it has 100 pound machines, which is great if I want to wash all my blankets/sheets at once They keep the place clean most of the time

I do not like the way I was treated at the laundromat today the old lady that was working there was rude and did not let me fold my clothes and was kick out the lady say that the last wash is at 7 and last dry is at 7:30 but the time schedule clearly say last load is at 7 and they close ever day at 9

I've been coming here for over a year and usually deal with Carol, she's fantastic! But on October 7th I came in after Carol had left and dealt with the girl who took over for her. She spent about a half hour on the cordless phone making personal calls and when I had to interrupt her conversation to break a 20.00 bill for me she was less than pleased that I interrupted her phone call. Again, Carol is super and from now on I will only come in on her shift.

Edit: new staff is much nicer! Theyve reopened the bathroom and keep the place pretry clean now. Friendly chit chat with the attendees and a very diverse commubity does laundry here. Old review (no longer applicable) to compare to a year ago: Not a great place to do laundry. Dunkin, pizza, cumbies all around. But No bathroom but whatever no big deal. Some of the staff tend to gossip very loudly, about customers. Not a great place to bring kids with you. Staff's a bit rude and unhelpful, always outside smoking or taking unbelievably loud across the store, with conversation topics being borderline vulgar. Also wouldn't offer any alternative when their bag and soap machine was broken. Other than that, it's a laundromat.

if i could give this store 0 stars i would but i cant so 1 star is what they get. Showed up at 7:40 pm because my dryer broke an hour before my wife needed to go to work. She works over nights and i needed to dry a small load of laundry. It would have taken me 10 minutes. The rude old lady opened the door and i asked her nicely if i could dry my wifes clothes real quick and explained that my dryer broke and she needed clean dry pants to go to work in an hour and she told me no last load of anything was at 730 and its past 730 and she was waiting for another custoner to leave before she closed the store. The stores hours say that they close at 9. So i dont understand why i couldnt dry my wifes clothes which would have taken me 10 minutes while the other customer was there. Never ever will we give them our buisness again. Id rather drive the 5 minutes down the road to loads of fun laundry on social street. They are much cleaner than this store and the staff are much more professional and nice. She let me dry my wifes clothes at 15 minutes of 8 pm. Warning to every 1 that trys to do your laundry here you will end up regretting it.

Honestly if I could give zero stars I really would and I dont say that much especially over a laundry mat. They are way to pricey I'm from Boston and lived in houston and I really feel like these prices are way too much but maybe that just me. That really not the main problem. We have access to only 3 of the 6 small washers cuz the person doing laundry have them reserved for herself.... I have been to plenty of laundry mats and never seen anything like that. I have to leave and go to another cuz I need four small washers and only have access to 3 see that's not going to work for me at all !! If it's the closest place to you I guess but try to aim for somewhere else I have a newborn and rode my bike here and wasted my time cuz I refuse to pay for a bigger machine when I dont need it. Also what really like last straw was one of the machines smelled so bad ! Either it's not cleaning the clothes properly or they dont clean their machine either way I hada be out ✌✌ I found another laundry that was small but clean

Very ignorant woman that work there. They act as if they are letting you burrow their personal washer and its an incovenience for them. I think they would be better off getting rid of the old bitter women and putting students to work. I think it woul help the business alot.

It is inappropriate to locate them in a storage area, behind the kitchen or in other areas not open and available to the public, primarily for the safety of the occupants that are from the general public. This provision avoids placing occupants from the general public in an unfamiliar area of the building where they could be confused about the path of egress in an emergency. The code requires employees to be provided with toilet facilities in all occupancies and this can be satisfied by separate employee facilities or shared employee/public facilities.
