In this day, when customer service seems to be a lost art, Metro is a breath of fresh air. I'm always welcomed with a smile and friendly word. Given how many customers must walk through the door each day, I'm amazed that Holly always remembers who I am. I'm sure there are other good dry cleaners in the Cranberry Twp area, but it's Holly's amazing customer service that has kept me coming back for the past 5+ years. Metro makes me feel like more than just another customer. Our orders have always been done well and very quickly. They've let me know when a button was loose on a garment that I hadn't noticed, and when something was left in a pocket. I love the option of getting an email when my order is ready for pick-up. I highly recommend Metro for the quality of their work, their attention to detail, and their small-town, friendly feel.

I've been using Metro Dry Cleaners for about a year now. I couldn't be happier. I use their free pick up and delivery service, which is so convenient! Brandon, the delivery person, is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet! I got blue pen on my favorite pants and shirt. I called Metro to tell them to do whatever they could to try and get it out, not expecting it all to come out. When they returned the items, I was amazed to see that they were able to get out all of the pen stains!

Excellent dry cleaner and great customer service! Love that it's local and family owned. The pick up and drop off service from my house is what I typically use and it's always on time. Their alteration service is excellent as well! Several of my daughter's formal dresses have been altered here and the turn around time was fast and quality of work was great. They clean UGG's too. Highly recommend!

Talk about customer-service oriented. These folks are literally hands down the best dry cleaning company there is. Customer service is spectacular, they know you by name and are literally the most attentive service folks I've ever encountered. As a sales-person myself, I respect and appreciate good customer service as a key priority in a successful business. I love love love the delivery service available at Metro Dry Cleaners. It takes the worry out of remembering when to drop off/pick up my husband's dry cleaning and has him on the perfect schedule. Friendly, courteous service and above all, the job is done much better than at Giant Eagle, where we previously dropped off. My husband's shirts have never been whiter! Would highly recommend Metro to anyone looking for dry cleaning!

On January 13, 2015, one of Metro's sales reps came to my door after seeing a bag for a competing dry cleaning service on my doorstep. He picked up my bag, read my label with my name, address, and other information on it before I answered the door and then asked to have two shirts to clean. He would not take no for an answer. I don't appreciate these aggressive, targeted marketing strategies (seeking out houses with competing bags on doorsteps) which are extremely unethical, invasive, and downright creepy. Reading my personal information off of my bag stepped way over the line. I then called and spoke with the owner who defended this practice. I will not be switching to Metro Dry Cleaners based on these two encounters regardless of their quality or price.

It's not often I will go out of my way to comment on a business, because at the end of the day they are doing there job. In the self-less life of Dry-Cleaning there is little to no personality ever offered, let alone a customer service experience that goes beyond a doorway. This place is a little different, For years I had played around with dropped my clothing off at Big Bird, and it started to be a big old pain in the butt, and stuff wasn't really just "perfect". This place is... beyond that. So what's the catch... its a hair more, and we are talking about 100-200 dollars a year total in general (I did the math) to have your stuff totally perfect, picked up at your door step, hung back up at your door step, and if there are any issues you just tell them, and its fixed... without questions. You need something altered? leave a note, it will get done, you've gotta problem? you stop by the store and its fixed without question... I work with the general public all day, and for me its the little things in life, I am way to busy to mess around with the folks over at Big Bird, this has made my life so much easier, and has given me hours of my life back "picking" what I wanted to dry-clean... I just dry clean it all now, because I know its going to be perfect, and it's going to come back in time for whatever day I would like to wear it. It's the small-simple things in life that "mean the most" and this Dry Cleaner has given me nothing but top shelve service.

I have been a loyal Metro customer for 10 years. The staff is helpful and courteous and over that time we have had very minimal mixups or problems with our delivery service. I am most impressed with a recent repair they did on one of my husbands suits. I sent it in on a Friday and it was returned on Tuesday with not only the pocket that was ripped repaired but the other side reinforced to prevent it from ripping there. Total cost $8. This company provides excellent service and quality at extremely reasonable prices and I highly recommend them.

We've been using Metro Dry Cleaners for 7 years now. They are the Best Dry Cleaners in the Pittsburgh area! They do a terrific job cleaning and pressing your items. And they have free delivery & pick up service. Tim, the owner, goes out of his way to make sure you are satisfied. And Brandon is always going the extra mile to make sure everything is just right. We used multiple dry cleaners in the North Hills and every one of them ruined my husbands shirts. So far, we have not had any problems with Metro Dry Cleaners but if we did, I know they would make it right, no questions asked. Give Metro Dry Cleaners a try, I promise you will love them!
