1. $2.50 per load in antiquated and SMALL SIZED front loading washers, dryers are $0.25 for five minutes = outrageous cost for one small load of laundry.
2. 50% of the machines in this "facility" are 'out of order', which doesn't leave too many to choose from when looking for clean, unstained washers or dryers.
3. No change machine so if you need change you have to go to the business beside the laundromat to obtain change, IF THEY ARE OPEN, says a note on the wall. Bring your own change, and a lot of it.
4. Soap/Fab Softener Dispenser is *surprise* out of order and the aging paper note tells you it's been empty for some time. Make sure to bring all you need with you .
5. Bathroom is horrendous and that's being kind. But what takes the cake is-
6. There is NO toilet paper, paper towels, or hand soap in the bathroom/entire building and it's clear the owner has no intentions of filling the antique, filthy dispenser.
To recap they're charging $2.50 for one load of laundry plus drying costs, but do not provide paying visitors with toilet paper/paper towels/hand soap. Incidentally there are notes all over everything barking orders at visitors who dare "turn the heat up" or "close the bathroom door and cause the pipes to freeze" (what does that tell you of the state of things here).
We will not be returning, urging others to reconsider spending their money here. It is a real shame the owners of this establishment take advantage of locals who cannot travel outside of this area to do their laundry, as the closest option is in Lewistown. It couldn't possibly be because there is a truck stop about a 1/8 mile away and $2.50 is the going rate for truck stop laundry, right? Uh-huh.
Do better, Hayloft Country Laundromat.
