It's an old laundromat so expectations were not high!!! Washing machines did less than average job getting baseball pants clean...then again...who ever thought white baseball pants was a good idea???

Don't come here! creepy maintenance people literally watching you do your laundry. Nasty. Expensive. Run down. Would give zero stars. I also tried to call the number provided here to complain. Out of service. Speaks for itself..

DO NOT WASTE your time or $$$! First off this place is impossible to find at night. Its dirty, small and none of the washers or dryers work! The 4 half broken ones that did work cost 29 quarters! That is ridiculous! I left and went to the one in Gibsonia . That one is amazing!

I wish I can give it 0 stars. Absolutely the worst laundromat I have ever been to. Way way too expensive for how small and old the machines were. Half of them didn't work anyway. The change machine is broken and the facility is dirty. I would recommend finding a different laundromat. It would be worth the drive. Never going back there!

It's old but seems to work. Clean enough. There are no hours posted, so maybe it is 24 hours. Confirmed by super, open 24/7.

I went looking for a laundromat near my home and found this place on-line. Failing to be able to reach anyone - the number has a message that states, " ...not taking calls...". I decided to drive over to see for myself and found it to be dark, dingy and poorly maintained with sloppy hand-written " out of order" signs everywhere - no thanks. Go another 5 miles to the Mars Laundromat which is clean, bright and well cared-for with a live person to answer questions and provide guidance.

8 machines out of order out of only 25 machines ! No air conditioning. $3.50 for smallest washers, $4.75 for larger ! No soap or paper towels in single bathroom. Neat back porch though.

The absolute worst. My dryer broke today so came here to just dry my clothes. Placed my clothes in the drier thats when the old man (guessing the attendant or owner) came over and told me i had to wait because i wasnt washing my clothes too. That i should have washed my clothes here aswell as dry them and that he should charge me a dollar instead of the quarter to just dry my clothes. Will never be back save yourself and just drive the extra few minutes to zelienople much nicer

Terrible. Half the machines are broken. People leave there stuff in the washers and the change machine doesn't work. It's expensive too. Don't waste your time or money.

This place is horrible all the machines are outdated contact number for service doesn't even work nobody next-door or in the shopping center knows who owns this place or any kind of information to contact anybody for service. This place doesn't even deserve a star but I have to give in order to post I highly recommend nobody come here.

Very run down and dirty. Parking was not convenient at all. I had to park and walk a ways with all my comforters. The inside has so many machines with out of order signs. There was also only one large loader. I put my bedding in and filled all the detergent, bleach, and softener and then proceeded to put the first quarter in and what do you know??? The machine would not take any money. I unloaded all my stuff and left. Do not go to this place! If you need a laundry mat drive a few extra minutes to Mars. It is clean and has a lot of machines and all are working!!!!

Didn't even get to use the laundromat on arriving went in to a cart attacked by two men riped the cart away from my hands. Told that I would have to park my car in fire lane to unload the car. I have to say the yelling felt like a real attack. I also believe that my being Muslim had something to do with the treatment I recieved. Needless to say I won't be going back

Expensive and dryers don't dry the greatest.... As the sign states - 13, 22, or 29 quarters (small, medium, large washers). $3.25, $5.50, or, $7.25. Open 24 hours, and that is what we needed, at the time. Coin machine takes denominations up to $20 bills. Sign on coin machine has a number to call if it is not working. A couple machines and a few dryers had "out of service" signs on them. Men were cleaning the place around 9pm (vacuuming out dryers, wiping the tops of the washers). I thought they would be in tip top shape after being cleaned out. After using the dryers, they did not work well at all. $0.25 for 6 minutes... high heat really wasn't high heat. At other laundromats I can get my loads dried in 40 minutes or less, depending on the fabric being dried. Here, a couple of mine took over an hour. A couple dryers wouldn't let you click high heat. Owner said he could mess with the button to get it to work. Obviously, he knows some have a problem, but doesn't get them fixed properly. Nice owner, clean laundromat, needs some maintenance repairs on some machines, and overall expensive for the lack of quality control. Got the 2nd star for being open 24 hours.

Possibly the worst laundry facility I have ever seen. Most of the washers and dryers are broken. The coin machine doesn't work either. The sign directs you to go to either the bank or the car wash to get change. Also it's very expensive. 1 load of laundry was 5.75.

If I could give this place a zero star rating I would.. Half of the machines are out of order, it’s filthy, and extremely over priced. On top of all of that, the owner was extremely rude. I will never be back.

I'm from out of the area and each year I am a vendor at theBig knob grange fair and I've had to use this place for the past 4 years, as it was the closets one to where i was staying. It has never improved its cleanliness or updated its equipment. It's dirty, run down and needs attention. I dread every time I must use it while in the area. I've looked for others but I must travel out of my way. Please update your facility and take some lessons on how to clean. So thankful for my home area who prides in their facilities and keeps them clean.

Do not try to wash anything that requires the larger washer. Only about 5 machines actually work and it is just so dirty..... Don't bother....

My dryer broke and I went to this 24 hour laundromat at 6 after work. The dryers were all taken and I finally got my clothes into a couple of dryers. I had 10 minutes left on my last dryer and the owners came in and turned it off and told me they were closed. I said but you’re supposed to be 24 hours, they said we close at 9 (it was 8:40 and I said that and he said “last load is at 7. I said I’d put my loads in around that time and that there were no signs. Be basically said too bad! I told him I paid for the dryer and he handed me a dollar! I started to fold my laundry (by now it was 8:45) and be told me to leave. I said but you just said you close at 9 and he told me he and his wife had to clea. And to get out. 24 hours my butt and who is that rude and ignorant to a client? He could have let me finish my 10 minutes (my clothes are semi damp) and he could have let me fold my clothes, just because he wanted to clothes early. Worst owners ever, worst customer service and a total lie about being open 24 hours! I will never go back and recommend that no one frequent this rude, mean, lying establishment even in an emergency. I have never been treated like that anywhere in my life. So mad right now I could scream

I have now used four different laundromats in the greater Pittsburgh area, and this one is the worst of the four I've used. It is cramped without a lot of machines, and like 25% of the machines are broken and look like they've been that way for a long time. It is also the most expensive (like $1 a load more expensive - $3.75 is the cheapest washer for the typical laundromat double load machine). The place is clean but a bit cramped. The other's I've used are more spacious, with more working machines, at a cheaper price point.

i wish i could give this place 0 stars. i had my laundry in the washing machine for an hour like it normally is and i come back and the owner had taken everything out and got an attitude with my boyfriend and told him i should’ve stayed there and waited for it to be done. so rude.

Pretty expensive but most probably are now. Our washer broke so I went and washed two loads. Very clean place, nice shops to go through nearby and even had copies of the local paper. Good instructions on how to use the washers. Many washers/dryers were broken, but I'm sure they hard hard to repair and are older. I will return here!

This location was dirty, very expensive, and not nearly as nice as the one nearby in Mars. Twenty two quarters to was a load of laundry and thirteen to dry.

This place has the distinction of being both the most expensive laundromat I've been to and the most run down. Many machines don't work. Place is filthy and falling apart. No soap or paper towels in bathroom (and doesn't look like there has been any in a long time). 5.75$ for a midsized washer. .25¢ only gets you 6 minutes on a dryer. And I had someone complain to me at another laundromat that they only got 8 minutes for .25¢! Water in a light fixture. Bugs and spiders all over. I'd probably go a bit farther to a better laundromat if possible, in the future.
