Pay with your phone. Super clean. Nice machines. Has down and tech wash. Fairly chill in terms of busy. I’d suggest the other location, as I was discriminated against by the staff for not wearing shoes (they were in the wash). Also they were playing really loud gospel/ Rihanna. So yes I’m glad the employees can play their own music, but they maybe need to take their shoes off and reconnect with the earth, who they are, and find peace. Peace is not a liability issue. This all reminded me that I need to be barefoot more often. Shoes being foot folding torture devices, for the most part. This is what I heard her say, “Hey why aren’t you wearing a plastic bag over your head like everyone else? Not wearing one is a liability issue, and weird. What if you were to breathe or something? We are here to visualize worst case scenarios that never happen, on the reg. Fear is the boss, not people. We don’t ask you why, just tell you to conform now to our death culture and die with us, or die.” Maybe I’m asking too much from a laundromat or need to start my own. Until then, I’m going to other location near Mississippi.

Hands down the absolute best laundromat I've ever been to, the staff are always attentive and friendly, they offer free detergent, easily accessible outlets, great music and general vibe. Also, an extra 5 stars to the Scottish guy working there, so helpful and polite

Great place!! This just opened in my area and the service is great! The facilities are modern up to date and hassle free. Their hours work for me really good and I can bring my dog with me!! Also they offer free soap with each load, you can pay with coins or with CC or smart phones Apple Pay. The one thing they don’t have here is coffee or beer like their other locations.

Hands down the BEST SELF SERVICE LAUNDROMAT in Portland. Easy to use machines that accept plastic. Super friendly staff. And a bar in the middle with 4 beers on tap! Staff was super helpful. Free wifi. Bathroom code is 2020. Soap was complimentary. Fantastic. Only minor downside.. Only parking for 3 cars.

I love that spin laundry opened this second location! It doesn’t have the cafe like the other one but it does have space to do work in. What I like about spin laundry is how clean the machines are and how helpful the staff is. Great place to support! Cheers

The beast place to do your laundry you can rinse the washers before use and the soap is provided complementary they are changing how Portland washes some limited parking two locations new machines card readers one the machines Fremont streets has a snack bar the other one is near many food options and some packaged snack available and the offer wash services if you prefer great staff

Very disappointed, no cafe like advertised (I guess varies by location which isn’t clear from the website), just a few things in a mini fridge at insane mark up. It was uncomfortably cold inside with the garage doors up while the temperature was only 50. I had to sit in my car while waiting. Just not up to par with other locations. (Broadway)

I need a degree to figure out the washing machine! I dont want to have to text my laundry machine. Also they charge extra for everything even hit water!!. It cost me 11$ just to wash one load! This place is the worst!!#and then the worst part after paying 10$ for a load, with the low flow washer my clothes weren't even clean!!!

The staff is friendly, and the machines are top of the line, and really quick. Want your washing machine to text you when your laundry is almost ready? Can do! Dryers seemed to work really well on my comforter, too, so that was a big plus. But if you come here looking for the experience that you can find at the location on Fremont, prepare to be disappointed. This Spin is just a very nice laundromat. There're snacks, sure, but there's no cafe, no coffee, none of that. So if you're looking for a pretty great laundromat, right here. If you're looking for that revolutionary experience in having fun while doing laundry, take the trek to Fremont St.

Great place to do laundry. If you're not lucky enough to have your own washer and dryer at home or you just need something with a large capacity, Spin is the spot. The convince of large machines that work great and being able to pay via cash or card makes things simple. While you wait, enjoy food and beverage that doesn't come from a vending machine. They also serve beer, cider, and wine.

These hippies are all told the same like that less soap cleans better so my clothes end up dirty I have to use my own soap also I had to buy a steamer to clean my clothes since their machines barely work I won't be going here anymore longtime customer fed up found somewhere else to wash it's called home

Great hosts. Enough machines. So there isn't a wait. Pinball is available for a small fee. Free WiFi. The Wifi is pretty fast. There is a seating area. So you can sit and work while your laundry is done. You can pay cash and card. There is machine that tenders change. You can also get a text message on your phone when your laundry is done so you do not have to wait.

They let bums bathe and launder their clothes in the bathrooms. Not just "not notice" but openly ok this. It stunk like feet and dirty rotten moldy laundry because of it the whole time i was there. Wish i coulda have pulled my laundry out and left. Gross.

This is the most amazing laundry mat I have been to. I was visiting the area and had been on the road for a while so o needed to do some laundry. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was how clean the place was. Most laundries are dirty and dingy but not Spin. Then I noticed how quiet it was, but not because no one was there, the machines were running, but it was near dead silence. How is is this possible? The machines are built to reduce the noises. Then I noticed the best part, no coins needed! Every machine could take a card. Sooo much easier! After looking around a bit a was a little confused... Where was the detergent? But no worries there was actual live person there to go ask questions. When I asked about detergent, she politely informed me that I could buy some special soap (can't remember what was special about it) or that I could use the house soap for FREE! She then asked of this was first time there and came over to show me how to run the machines. Super awesome experience!

The blonde woman working there needs to back off. She kept interrupting me to nag me about how I wasn’t filling my washing machines and dryers as full as she thought they should be. Apparently she doesn’’t understand that the weight of the load is what matters, not how it looks. Also over explaning everything even though I’d asked no questions. It wasn’t good customer service, it was annoying. I really like Spin I’m Mississippi but this location needs new staff.

CLEAN!! HAS A ATTENDANT AT ALL TIMES. WIDE OPEN SPACES. GO HERE. THEY EVEN TAKE DEBIT CARDS AND MY CLOTHES DID NOT SMELL LIKE DIARRHEA VOMIT TRASH AFTERWARDS. I would give 5 stars, but their parking is a bit of an issue if more than 4 people are using their 800 washing machines.

This place is the best laundrymat in town. Its the only place I will wash my big sleeping bag. The dryers are also the fastest I have used. My clothes are always dry in 14 minutes, which is only 50 cents of time!

This place is awesome! You can even text ahead of time to see how many washers are available. You're supposed to get a text from our machine telling you when your load is nearly done, but this feature didn't seem to work. You can even run a sanitize cycle before washing your clothes for free. There's limited parking, but at least there's parking. It is super clean and roomy, too.

I love Spin. Everything is so clean, and the space is bright and cheerful. The staff are professional and friendly. I use their commercial laundry service which is very affordable. My sheets are always clean, smell good and beautifully folded. Highly recommend.

Washing and drying isn't cheap here but they have different sized washing and drying machines. Very large space with room for everyone to do their laundry. Nice seating area, pinball machines and table top video game, small eats and drinks can be purchased as well. Decent place.

I literally spent $11.00 and was able to get three loads of laundry washed and completely dry in less than two hours. Machines are legendary, magical, and they provide complimentary all-natural detergent.. GTFO! Love this place.

Not a Quick Place I accidentally showed up to an appt early. I had 1 hr and 10 min. I figured that was plenty of time to do a quick launder of 2 comforters I'd had in my car for a while to do just that. When I got to Spin Laundry, I couldn't find a soap dispenser. Turns out there isnt one. You have to ask for help. The lady is VERY SLOW and almost takes pride in holding that over people. I waited 10 min for her to start a man's dryer. Then, when it was finally my turn, she refused to help me until my laundry was in the machine insisting she must put the soap in. Then, I explained i was in a bit of a hurry, so she decided to take control of the knob on the machine and tried to explain, in detail, the available settings. I told her I just wanted a normal wash. So she decided to explain company policy on trying to make sure my clothes were the best possible clean. I told her I just wanted hot. She tried to go into why I should look at the more expensive settings. I didnt want that, or care, and I had to take over and grab the knob, put it to normal hot. And start my load. I just cant believe it took me a total of 15 min to get soap.

By FAR, the greatest laundromat we have ever been to. We're traveling up the coast camping and needed a place to wash our clothes and found Spin. Keegan, the attendant, was amazingly helpful and extremely nice. She helped us find the right machines and even gave us free detergent to do our laundry. Where I come from in NY, there is no such thing as free so thank you Spin. The laundromat itself was incredibly clean, the machines were amazingly modern (a text when your laundry is done ... whaaat?) and they had great seating to read or pass time while you wait. Awesome. Thank you Spin for making what is a boring and daunting distraction from our vacation fun and easy. Spin ROCKS!

Used for feather pillows , down comforters and blankets . Large washers were great free detergent , dryers awesome everything came out perfect . Staff was friendly , machines clean , and laundromat spotless . If you have to wash clothes out this is the place .

The machines are really very nice and there's a lot of them. The employees are super friendly and helpful (it's my first visit) and the soap is complimentary and eco friendly. However, they give you such a pathetic tiny little pinch of free soap that my clothes didn't get clean! I didn't notice till they were done drying and I was folding my clothes that they were still badly stained. I feel like I got scammed, spending like $15 on laundry for clean smelling, but stained clothing. I will absolutely be coming back but I will be bringing my own detergent and using a reasonable amount so my clothes actually get clean.

Even though I didn't have anything particularly soiled, bought the double wash, and used extra detergent, my clothes still came out feeling slightly greasy and with a bit of a smell, as if I hadn't put it any soap (I put in plenty.) Everything else was great, comfortable and clean. The machines were a lot more expensive than what I'm used to - 11.75 for the large machine compared to 6 or 7 at my usual laundromat, but again my issue wasn't the money but the fact that the washing machine didn't wash my clothes properly.

I'm so happy that Portland now has a great laundromat. There's even super size washers for blankets and bedding. Once you're washer is ready to go, get the attendant for free detergent. It was a great experience. We need more laundromats like this.

This place is spacious on the inside and completely handicap accessible (minus the code on the bathroom doors), but has extremely limited parking. They have complimentary soap which smells okay, but washing loads costs more than other places I've been. The dryers are super huge though and the machines have a setting for everything. You can also pay for them to wash and fold your laundry as well if you're into that. If you're all about the environment, it's great and educational and the staff is good, but "regular" laundromats are cheaper probably because they aren't well staffed. They have free WiFi too and plenty of outlets to charge your phone hidden under the tables. The restroom has a baby changing table and sharps container if you need those as well.

They're not very friendly to new customers. Just ignore the annoying attendants. Fairly reasonable price. The facility is usually kept very clean. This location lacks the arcade and bar that the location in North Portland has. Definitely not as nice of an atmosphere. But I don't come here for atmosphere, I come here because it's 10PM and I want to get my laundry done quickly.
