The facility is in a terrible state of disrepair. Half, if not more, of the washers and dryers are out of order. It's hard to tell if your machine is going to be next because they all look pretty run down. The bright spot is that they allow a local charity LoveOne to take over the laundry mat once a month and do laundry for people in the community. This location would seemingly be good if something changed and the management was able to put some much needed upkeep into the business. It's kinda depressing.

One of the most THE most horrid establishments for any laundry service. Most machines do not work. You lose money in the machines. The dryers burn your clothes. In fact they just recently had a dryer fire. Most of the machines are out of service. This should tell you a lot about this establishment. Avoid it at all costs...or until there is an apocalypse and there is no other place on Earth.

This place is grimy and unkempt. About half the washing machines are broken, as well as about half of the dryers. Clothes are washing now so I can't tell you yet at what level the machines wash at but one is making a sound like it is about to break. Never again will I come here and it's within walking distance to my house.

I used to live in upper southeast Portland on the edge of Gresham (super sketchy area) and the laundromats there were nothing close to this. I have counted 29 machines that are either completely stripped or “out of order” - one row of washers has no doors and wires hanging out. The soap dispenser is out of order, and one of two coin machines is out of order. One dryer I used has a lovely urine smell, and the other woman here at the same time wasted 3 dollars on a dryer to find out it wasn’t producing any heat. The place needs desperate help. If the owners can’t afford to fix it up, do the community a favor and either shut it down or sell it!

A horrible laundromat. Most of the washers and dryers were broken down including change machines. The washers that worked DID not spin well at all. Had to leave this laundromat and go to another to dry our clothes. Horrible experience.

Expect about half of the machines to have “Out of Service” signs on them and about less than half of the machines actually work. The staff here obviously couldn’t care less about this place.

At about 1.75 for small washers, and 3.50 for the big ones, its price smart. But very run down and about 1/3 the machines are "out of order". Dry cleaner attached as well. Lots of table space, and 2 coin changers.

Most if the washers and dryers are out if service. The dryers that do work don't all take the same amount of time to dry. All the dryers are supposed to be $.25 For 6 minutes. Some of them are less time.

So this is by far the worst and most intrusive hellish nightmar of a place to do your laundry at id rather wash my clothes by hand and hang drying them then ever waste my time money or energy supporting shuch a run down and overtly outdated place such as this the floors are fithly the machines are molded and rusted wires hanging out all over the place and the lady that runs it is by far the worst issue with this entire establishment so lets start off at the begging i used two big washers and then two big dryers all was fine with the washing but once i was onto the dryers the old lady running the place started to watch me very closely i felt odd and unwelcomed all the sudden and ahe looked at me made a comment about how loud my two yr old and my four yr old are even though place was empty except me my 2 boys and her so i took kids out to car to sit with my aunt thinking maybe the old crazy lady will back off nope as soon as i went out side she went to open the dryer door i seen her do it i opend the door and asked can you please not touch my laundry its in the dryer you just opened up close it so i am not wasting the money i put into that dryer i jear her close it get kids loaded in car safely then go back inside and am told my load of clothes was too much for the dryers so she opened the doors on all of them i sais do you plan on re setting them both she aaid no i cant because you overloaded it and refused to let me fix it for you anyways i take each dryer and split them into 3 seprate big dryers so i now have 6 dryers going from my two big wash loads i go back out ask my aunt to take over and ill sit with her dog and my kids she says ok so she goes in the lady went and seperated my clothes again anf took my slippers out of my things and now has left all 6 of my dryer doors open and informs me she had to seperate them all again and i now have an additionnel 2 dryers going i spent over 3.5 hours here wasted 13.75 only to leave with my clothes smelling like burt plastic mixed with pee this place needs to be burnt down or to just shut up shop completly mold on walls and am very grossed out by a stranger touching my things after i had repeatdly asked her not too then as we are loading our things she tells us that we had the other two dryers and she admitted to repeadly moving going through our laundry and then tried to play victim when i said i will ruin your business never been treated in such a disrespectful way im so mad im shaking so please excuse any typos

Positively awful. The facility is dated; there is no air conditioning, or airflow. It was so hot - nearly impossible to be inside just to load a machine. The machines look old, and weather - 1/2 of are out of service, and the other half look like they should be. Not sure about dry cleaning at this location, but I wouldn't want to even walk in to drop off or pick up. It is that uncomfortable inside.

$2 lost in unmarked broken machines. 25 machines are out of order. The rest are hit or miss if they actually work. My clothes smell worse after washing here. No wonder they offer free services on Tuesdays. Yuck. They should pressure wash the outside of the building. Grody.

90% of their machines are out of service, multiple times I had to let someone know the machine ate my money. Machines are old and the place is pretty outdated, floors are dirty as hell. Wont wash my clothes here ever again.

Just go elsewhere. Went today and took me three dryers to find one that got hot. Not to mention, there are out if order tags on more than 80 percent of their washers and dryers.
