This is a great place to do laundry. I took 2 large comforters to the big machines. It was only 5$ to wash and about the same to dry. The machines are clean and the staff is helpful.

Place is clean. Decent price to wash and dry. Be careful with change machine. Got shorted 4$ after putting in a 10$. This was the first time I have had any issues. Guy refused to give the 4$ saying he didn't believe I was shorted. If possible get your change from the bank or elsewhere before coming here.

Such a nasty place. Me and my girlfriend went to use the bathroom and some guy had urinated and spit all over the toilet. It was disgusting. And more than half the washers and dryers were out of order. In the guy that was working there acted as if he could care less about what was going on. And didnt want to be bothered. Unless he was looking at you making u feel uncomfortable. I don't even know why he bothered being there cuz he was no help whatsoever he was creepy. Never go there again.

I have been to this Laundry mat before, always enjoyed it till tonight. A lady sleeping in the recliner from the time I got there till I left hour and a half. 5 or6 guys and girls hanging out in front and inside smoking something out of a can. A lady and child on the computers. I took pictures of this.Not sure what I'm going to do with the pictures. But something needs to be done about loitering around. I will find a new place to go.

The place flooded while I was there. They shut down machines and spent over an hour using shopvacs, dumping the water into the parking lot. Added almost 2 hours to my laundry trip. Apparently it's kinda common.

Courteous service when you need help. I know when I use the machines that they are clean. I've seen the staff sweeping the floors or wiping down the surfaces of the counters. I've never had problems with getting my laundry done there. Thanks for the use of your WiFi.

Wife and I come in here at 2am because its the only time we can squeeze in laundry. So many people (probably homeless((even if they weren't who takes up multiple chairs and two tables with bags upon bags of cans!?)) just sitting around watching tv with all of their stuff. (More than just clothing like you would expect at a laundromat) and also people being very loud and bothering other customers INCLUDING us. Came here once with my parents and had a great time so I don't know what happened! Maybe nobody was working (which I doubt since it was open.) Just for an FYI. It was 2am Saturday night June 2nd. PLEASE do something about whoever was working at this time and obviously not doing their job.

Very, very clean. Machines always work great. Employees are always kind, helpful and compassionate. My favorite laundromat of all time. There are plenty of trash cans. The soap machines are always full and working. There is a laundry service available to do the work for you. Also, there are plenty of available power outlets to charging a phone and free Wi-Fi available for customers to use while they wait for their laundry to wash and dry. You can go and clean laundry anytime because they stay open for 24 hours a day, seven days a week. They post the weekly rotating router password on the wall on a charge worded sign for easy readability and access hi free high speed Wi-Fi they have available to use.

I come down from Vancouver when I do my monthly laundry. Being on a fixed income, I appreciate the prices here. The big commercial washers are the best deal. I was able to watch my soaps via YouTube on the large TV they have, while I was waiting on the clothes to dry. A tall, country-sounding employee was nice and helped me load my heavy bags into the van- at the same time, a rough looking tweaker tried to spare change me in the parking lot, and the attendant boy ran inbetween us and sent him away, which made me feel a lot safer. I guess thats normal for this area at night- in this part of Portland, I usually only come in the daytime. The grandkids were in from Ashland and midnight was the only time i could escape! The whole laundry experience was generally good; the only negative was waiting 10-15 minutes on an available machine. I noticed more than a few out of order signs. The bathroom was locked for customers only, and much cleaner than I expected. Next month i will return to Alpine to do my clothes- it is much more friendly and cleaner than the othet laundromats, despite some shady looking characters in the parking lot-and you cant beat the service and savings anywhere in my area.

I like this laundrymat, if you can tolerate the tweekers and junkies, i go here and save atleast 20$ more than i would spend at a cleaner more safe laundrymat. But i guess its all your tolerance level i like it though

This is just your average laundromat. Straight to the point, clean enough to be comfortable waiting inside for the laundry to be done. The bathroom was clean and didn't smell like urine. There was a few machines that we're out of order but that's to be expected when customers don't use them properly; that shouldn't be the fault of the establishment. There seemed to be a repair man there actively working on things, and I'm not sure if it was an orlwner or just an employee, but there was another man sweeping and organizing and just present the entire time. Had I needed help I'm sure he'd be the guy to help. The big load washers are very convenient and the prices are very good, I can't complain. I don't have any complaints. I would come back.

Good during the day and well kept. I like having the ability to do cloths at night as they are 24/7 but there is always homeless hanging around. Had my basket stolen once. Owner is very nice and often on site to help.

Pros: It's close to me and is 24hrs. Cons: All of their dryers cheat you. They take away a min after every 4th quarter. The 7 min dryer should get you 28min for $1, but you only get 27. The 5min one should give you 20min but you only get 19. See where Im going? Watch the washers too. One row costs $3.50 for regular hot cycle and the next row of the same exact machines costs you $3.75

24 hours. Double loaders, triple loaders, JUMBO loaders. Clean and seems never to be empty. Coin machine takes $1's, $5's, $10's. You don't have to stop at the bank first.

NO hot water! More difficult to dry. Some months ago when I was sick I took some bedding in to be washed, I brought my own odor free soap, they charged me $13. They washed it in a load it with perfuemed soap and for FOUR washings that bedding smelled like that awful soap.

It's not the cleanest safest hippest joint in town. It is the cheapest open the latest joint around. Just wish i could charge my phone, it's literally like half a cent per hour when you use volts x amps = watts to use a phone charger, it'd be really convenient since if i'm upthis late i haven't stopped running all day and Need to charge my phone, forget for wifi even, i have unlimited data. I have to go here now and suffer because i have to catch an amtrak at 7am and it's nearly 11pm. Fix that and i'll change my review. Edit* added another star. My bad, i found out halfway thru my visit last night u have outlets, thank you.. Never be 5 stars, but i wouldn't wash @ a 5 star joint more than once. Thank you

So, I have this giant comforter I need to wash, I’m a DoorDashing downtown, so when I hit my lull, I decide to go wash the humongous thing. I park and come inside, half the machines are out of order, so I get a place in line behind a really nice girl and wait my turn for the biggest machine. (4 mega machines - 2 are out of order) The attendant, who’s a nice enough guy, comes and tells me I’m parked in the spot in front of the dumpster, and the garbage man will be there in 10 minutes, so I’ll need to move my car. (it’s 2 o’clock in the morning, this is a residential neighborhood, the GARBAGE MAN COMES?!??!?) Anyways, I am just getting to load my machine, so I hurry and finish up, run outside and move the car. My soap, fabric softener, wool dryer balls, dryer sheets and the Trader Joe’s bag they were in - all get stolen in my 2 minute absence. F this place. I’ll wash my stuff with a damned garden hose before I mess with this dump again. I know exactly who took it, and to be honest, I’m surprised they didn’t steal my comforter out of the washer too. Is there anything else you need to know about the place? Turn your back for one minute and your stuff is GONE.

Always open, and there's often an attendant even at late hours. WiFi, TV, & just across from Javier's Tacos (24hrs). Start your wash, grab a burrito. The owner Harold is a caring person who takes care of people in the community. Leave unwanted clothing items in the big lost & found basket and they will go to the homeless.

So I get off the city bus at the Vancouver and Lombard stop with my laundry cart and a another big bag of laundry. On the bus you can't see the street sign, of course, but it is well marked on the building. I appreciated that. I'd heard that this laundry is 24 hours, so, I looked for confirmation of the hours on the front glass windows and doors. I looked on the walls. I looked on the bulletin hoard, walls and on the machines. I didn't want to ask the cranky attendant because he had already chastised me got not seeing the change machines. (They were right behind me when I scanned the store for them. I should have seen them.). So I go to the counter. , the attendant is maybe 10 feet from me and his back is turned, Me: Hello! Can you tell me if you're open 24 hours? Him: <> Me: I'm sorry to bother you, are you open 24 hours? Him (not turning around): Oh man. Him: (turning around) You didn't see the sign. Me: No, I didn't. Him: It's on the sign. Me; Is that a yes? Him: Look on the sign. Me: I didn't see a sign Him: It's out front. Me: (looking all over glass again) Where? Him: Out front. Me: I don't see a sign. Can't you just tell me? Him: Look on the sign there. (Points to the parking lot) Me: <> Me: The sign is under the bus stop. No where else does it say 24 hours. Him: Silent. I just walked out of the counter area. I really like this laundry. It's open 24 hours. It's clean, prices are good and they don't short your wash on water. But I'm not going to come back if they treat me so disrespectfully. I'll try it one more time. It's 830pm now. He can't work every shift!

Good prices, big machines, free wifi. We did all of our blankets and other bedding in two machines. There were quite a few broken machine, however there were still plenty of machines open. It was actually pretty busy when we went at 1 am. It's a little run down asthetically but it's clean and minus the broken machines it's maintained fairly well. There was an employee there cleaning and vacuuming the machines which I've never seen at a laundromat let alone a 24 hour one.

The convenience of a 24 hour laundromat is amazing all on its own. But this place, other than a few tweakers, is a step above. I was able to wash and dry 5 double loads with $20. Badass. Not to mention, it was remarkably clean. The night staff guy, Matt, was super friendly and was keeping the vagrants out and keeping the place tidy. Not a bad experience. I will definitely be back.

It was really clean it wasn't super busy for a weekend and the staff there was very nice it felt like a pretty safe place to go even as not being super familiar with the neighborhood I didn't feel like there would be any problems and I would definitely go there again their pricing was riding along with everybody else's and there's a nice convenience store and a Mexican food store close by so you can get a bite to eat while you're watching something on the TV that they have located in their facility not too bad for a laundromat
