I'm looking to sell my rental house and needed to get a couple things done before listing it, the big one was washing the exterior. I've scrubbed and pressured washed the vinyl siding previously but with everything going on I decided to out source the work this time. I contacted All Exterior Services, they were local, rated well on the BBB, price was reasonable, and after talking to Doug I felt I didn't need to look any further. Best decision I've made in a long time. The house exterior has never looked this good. All Exterior Services did an unbelievably job on the house and I'd recommend them to anyone needing exterior house cleaning.

We are so pleased with the work that Doug did for us. He power-washed the driveway and front sidewalk and soft-washed our house. It has a combo of stucco, vinyl siding and brick and came out shining clean. The stucco, vinyl siding and gutter edges actually look like they have been painted! The solution he uses for the soft-wash also cleaned our exterior windows and screens so we don't have to hire a separate contractor. He gave us valuable advice on how to inexpensively control the growth of moss on our retaining walls and patio pavers. And best of all, his price was very reasonable, and he is a fun person to converse with! See the attached pictures of the back of our house with one side washed and the other still dirty.

We needed the exterior of our building pressure washed and we called a few places to give us a estimate for pressure washing. Doug came out and gave us a free soft washing demo on our very dirty siding. I must say that soft washing Is new to me and after watching the dirt and black moss disappear with no damage to paint on our building I was sold. We booked a date and time to have our building cleaned. All Exterior services crew showed up and wow our building look's like new, very amazing our customers thought we had repainted. Doug was fantastic!! Customer service and communication was stellar!!! He was also extremely personable which is always a plus in our eyes. We have dogs that choose to use our covered concrete patio as their restroom while it’s raining and we employed Doug’s services to clean the entire patio and finally rid us of the urine smell. Not only did he do that for us but he also cleaned off the surrounding areas of our house. We truly appreciate his work and the patio looks and smells brand new again!! A perfect way to start of the spring/summer season! He also made some recommendations of products to use in between cleanings. We will definitely be using his company again to keep up the great look. I’m a pretty handy man around the house and I usually power wash my own driveway, but knowing how long it usually takes and due the fact that I don’t have the proper equipment I called All Exterior Services in for the rescue. They came out in a hurry and made my driveway and sidewalk look cleaner than I have ever seen it before. They have all the proper knowledge and equipment needed to do a spectacular job. I am very pleased with the job they did and with the great customer service they provided. It’s nice to see a service shop that really cares about treating their customer’s right and not taking any short cuts to get the job done the right way. I was out there with him almost the whole time and I got to tell you, it's amazing just how much dirt comes off your house. He even did a small storage shed for me that had a bunch of algae growing on the sides of it and now it looks brand new. Very happy not only with the results but with Doug himself. Would most certainly recommend him. Great job overall, so happy I went with this soft wash method vs the old hard pressure wash system. Not one thing was damaged or tore up.Now once it dries out in a few days I'm repainting. Nice job.

I'd like to let everyone know about my adventure upon discovering the miracle maker that is, "All Exterior Services". It all started when I had previous tenants on my rental property of which whom had the insatiable desire to artificially tar a layer of motor oil, bubble gum, and whatever else their leaky vehicles and children decided belonged on the once new driveway and sidewalk. After their lease was up and they moved out I went to inspect the property for physical damage so I could prepare it for my next tenants and that's when I tried to service the nightmare that began at the pavement and ended at the door way. At first I tried scrubbing it off, and then I tried a do-it-yourself rental pressure washer that got me no where quick. Then I tried to hire my brother in law, who, after one day of trying, reluctantly apologized and told me he couldn't do anything for me. I went to the local Wal-Mart and I over heard a couple who was talking about a company who recently pressure washed their property and how it was just as good a repainting their whole house. I told them I couldn't help but over hear their conversation and inquired if this company did side walks and driveways and if so, did he do it at a reasonable price? They said yes and told me his name was Doug Davis then they gave me a card with his number on it. The strange thing is we have the same name, what a small world. I called and explained my situation and he was out there the very next morning, after seeing it in person he gave me a reasonable quote and told me he would take care of my problem and it would be finished by the end of the afternoon! When I came back at the recommended time I was flabbergasted by what I saw, it looked like he ripped up the old drive way and side walk and replaced with a brand new one. I can not brag enough about how good it looked, even my wife couldn't believe the transformation. Next time I want quick, efficient, reliable, and excellent service I will surely call Doug at All Exterior Services. I highly recommend it and you wont be disappointed!
