Abe's is a great place! The prices are good; the service is excellent! They know you by name; every-time I go there, I never have to tell them my name. The amount of time it takes to get the clothes back is reasonable. I highly recommend Abe's Cleaners!

I took three pairs of slacks in to be dry cleaned and when I got them back two pair weren't mine. The arrogant and rude couple that run the place told me, and I quote, "we don't make mistake. You make mistake.". I called back to talk to the husband today and he had the audacity to yell at ME for taking two pairs of pants that weren't mine! I explained I wasn't going to give them back until he found my pants because I have zero faith they'll give two seconds of effort finding them unless they need something from me. STAY AWAY!

I took in a very old white afghan my grandmother made. It had been stored away for many years and had several unknown stains on it. They got all the stains out and it looks brand new now. Very happy! Amazing place, amazing service.

They are arrogant and do not listen to the customer. I wanted to try a new tailor and I heard this place was good. I took in a sport coat to have the sleeves shortened and the sleeves had a set of buttons and fake button holes like most do. Since the sleeves had to be shortened past where the buttons were I didn't want them messed with so I told them I wanted the arm taken up at the shoulder which is not uncommon. The guy laughed at me and said it would cost more than my jacket. I thought it was rude and he had no idea what I paid for the sport coat or what personal value it may have to me. I didn't care how much it cost so I told him I would still like it taken up at the shoulder. When I went back in to pick it up the sleeves were totally botched, it looked like an amateurs work and they didn't do what I asked. They ruined the coat. I will have to see if a professional can do something about it.

ALERT: This is the condition our neighbor's 2 suit jackets came back in, from Abe's Royal Cleaners in the Fred Meyer complex in Oregon City Dec. 2017! This is unacceptable... they should never have left the business. (They did mention that: "There are a few buttons broken, would you like us to replace them?") This is NOT a "few". Our neighbors are taking them back for repair... and will see if Abe's Royal Cleaners makes good.

I visit Abe's every couple of months when I am in town for business, and I couldn't be more satisfied with how my shirts and suits turn out. I find Abe's to be a very pleasant, professional, and hassel free since they do everything on location. I can safely say if they were located in my state I would be there every week.

After two hours, these people still cannot locate my shirts and pants!! Really, its been two weeks and nothing!! I gave them the benefit of trying to look for it, two hours later, I come in and I try to pick it up. He asked " are you sure you haven't picked it up". Really? He puts his hands up and says, it has to be in here somewhere. Call back tomorrow. Ha! What a joke! The start of this customer service is not going well. He handed me his business card like I didn't know where his business was... Waiting........
