Smelled bad but they got my laundry cleaned.

Dirty they dont clean the dryer vents in years omg it years of debris.. and the are not cheap

To the couple that was running the place last night on 12/9/17. I wanted to say I appreciate the help that you gave me when I came in to your establishment. I was stranded and trying to get back home. I had twisted my ankle and knee and I was trying to find a ride home. I know you probably thought I was a vagrant and that is ok. You treated me with respect where several other establishments did not. I am hypoglycemic and my blood sugar was bottoming out too close for comfort to coma level. Between the donuts she gave me and you making me stay awake, I believe in my heart you saved my life and for that I thank you. I would recommend anyone to come here to do their laundry or have their laundry done. They are fair and respectful and the place was clean including the parking area.

This is a very decent laundromat if you're on Southeast the prices are fairly cheap and the machinery is very well keptI enjoy your doing my laundry here however there are very busy so watch the hours that you choose to come they only have few machines but the stuff is wonderful and the environment is great very clean

Not very clean. Looks sketchy inside and out. Everyone here looks sad. No wifi. No charge ports. Lots of broken machines. Lots of bugs. Machines are dirty (the detergent holes have never been cleaned from the looks of it). The only woman working here looks depressed and is rushing us out. She says she can't do drop off today because theres no time.... They close in 4 hours and no machines are in use. Ok.

Some of their dryers don't get hot enough. Have to use extra coins to dry clothes.

This laundromat has many issues. There are many broken machines and the obes that do work smell like a mysterious wild animal crawled into them and died. Also dont go by the posted hours they shut down whenever the lazy and rude attendants decide to. The attendants have ignored me when i had an issue with the machines (he was too busy flirting with a meth head bum) and blown me off completely with a rude and hostile " i just work here dont whine to me". I have tried to call management and complain but surprise surprise their is no contact information for them posted. I feel bad for giving them one star because they dont deserve it but there is no such thing as a negative star rating. To the owner of this business you have lost my business and that of my friends and family members due to your staff and negligence maintaining facility. To potential customers: for a better price and better service I recommend laundry station on 15th and karen. A much nicer and cleaner facility and drying is free.
