Pretty good laundromat. The rootbeer offered in the machine isn't what it says it is. Its Mug which was disappointing but other than that it was fairly clean and the attendant was nice.

Well it's not quite 'hell itself' but it's not to far off. The lady who was keeping the place late at night was a bit curt, which could easily be construed as rude. But she then came to check on me and my load to ask how it did. So I can't give them only 1 star. But I probably won't be back here unless I'm in a pinch and Village laundry is closed.

Love coming to this place we have a in laundromat in our apartment complex down the road would not go there feel so much safer and it’s so much cheaper to come to this laundry the owner is amazing and I can get so much done so quickly would highly recommend it especially if you get here in the morning

I think I had to deal with same creep other reviewers were mentioning. Came here months ago (haven't returned since overall not a safe place) to do laundry. Says free dryers, but at the cost of them being starred at and given time limits. Doesn't matter if clothes are still wet. Guy doesn't know how to respect personal bubble.

Uncomfortably hot in here. Kids running around with the smell of poop in their pants. Selfish people who lack the decency of using headphones for the crappy music they are playing on their phones. I never knew laundry day could drive one to such pits of hell. On the other hand the people who work here seem nice and the machines seem clean. But I'm pretty sure anyone could say nice things about hell itself, it has a nice fire for cooking food.

I went today after moving from Florida. So far everyone has been very respectful until I came here. The machine was not counting my quarters properly and starting. When I talked to a man staffed there I thought he came to help. But instead he said "You didn't put in the right amount of money to start it". When I told him the machines were outdated and I knew how to count. He said "Do I have sucker written on my forehead"? I felt like he spoke to me like I was some thug hungry for some extra dollars, a liar or too stupid to count. I told him this and just packed up and left for another laundry mat with my toddler feeling totally disrespected. So I have no way to prove I entered the correct amount of quarters. I don't care about losing the pocket change. But an intelligent staff would have entered quarters to see if it was in fact counting correctly rather than insult me right away. A good business gives customers the benefit of doubt over a few dollars instead for customer retention unless they have been a problem customer before. And good staff when they can't resolve an issue offer a supervisor or manager to reach out. At least that's the work ethic I have been taught.

Well they say they are getting new dryer on the 11, 12 , & 13 of Dec. Its a great place to wash. Clean & staff makes u feel safe.

I almost didn't come because of the bad reviews. I had no choice because I was pressed for time. Its clean in there. it was 96F outside but it was comfortably cool inside. Not very full, plenty of washers and dryers. The lady at the front was very helpful and nice. Only bad thing I can say is their prices we're way too high. I probably won't be back for that one reason.

0 Stars is what I give this place and only reason it says that I gave this place one star is because I had to press something apparently there's not an option for zero Stars and I give this ready because the bathroom does not work the machines will work sometimes if you put the right one but if you pick the wrong one is not necessarily guarantee that you will get your money back in the same goes for the dryers no change machines or handicap accessibility no snack machines or any accommodations at all try going down the street

New dryers and four 7-load machines. They keep it clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. If you don't want to do your own laundry, for a fee, they will do it for you. If you go on the weekend try to get there when they first open at 7 a.m. as this place stays pretty busy.

First the lady is rude as all get out. She had to nerve to yell at my kids for walking to fast. I told her I would correct them but she proceeded again and again. Then she wouldn't give me a refund when we put too much money in a machine that didn't work. She lied to my face and said we didn't put any money in there. Then some guy takes my laundry basket and leaves with it. This is my first and last visit to this is place. Went back this morning I left some clothes in the dryer. My experience was completely different. It's better to go in the morning. Janet thanks to you I will come back

Coin laundry that has no change. Counter rep stated “ I only have twenties no change” Out of order change machine. I will not be back, and you shouldn’t waste your time with a place that doesn’t provide change.

Not a lot of working washers and out of 44 dryers only 29 actually works. The facility has people waiting on dryers.........oh and the back hack of the laundry is now closed and the last load c an start at 10pm. Not very good service......

Half the dryers don't work, the ones that "work" half work. The staff has about 1/4th of the dryers with sigs that say "staff only". Won't come back here again!
