My newly loaded card got stuck in a faulty dryer. They told me it would be returned the next day. Its going on a week later and i still dont have my card or a refund. Theres no way to reach management or customer service. Im wondering how many cards and money this place "takes" from customers

Thanks to other reviews I've learned enough to know not to go to this place. I refuse to put my money on some stupid card when there's other places where I can just walk up and use coins as needed. Also I believe those that mentioned rude staff.

Loud TV's that are maxed out. EDIT: Loud people problem fixed. Some people racist outloud towards white people. Have had very little problems with machines. In and out within 2 hrs most of the time with 2 loads of laundry.

If I could I would give this laundromat 0 stars because the lady who runs the front desk has an attitude and never smiles and gets upset when you ask for assistance or help that is no way to treat a customer that is not world class customer service and I believe that she needs to have her pay docked or something because she has never been nice !!!! I never really take the time to write reviews so if I'm writing a review it's because of a serious matter ! A person with an attitude problem should never do customer service stay out of that line of work if you aren't Pleasant and don't have people skills. when I told her the machine ate my money she said "there's nothing I can do about that because you kept sticking your card in" I would like to speak to her supervisor and I'm going to make time to do that because I really like the laundromat but I don't like her and want her to not work there anymore I might sound mean but the way that she treats people is ungodly I even heard her mumbling under her breath saying she can't wait to be off the next day that is rude and no way to treat a customer!!!

Awesome laundromat! They do not take quarters in anyway for laundry services. All transactions are loaded on a personal store card. Lots of washers and dryers to choose from and employees seem to be engaged in the environment.

This was my first Saturday evening, was my worst experience at this location. It was not busy but had a musty smell & was very unclean! Staff was MIA most of the time. When available was holding a conversation on her phone using an earpiece. Very rude & unpleasant female.

I came here late last night desperate for a laundromat. I'm new to the area so I wasn't aware of how bad the reputation of this place is and I wish I had looked it up before driving all the way out there because I would've rather washed my clothes in a sink last night. I first wandered around the facility looking for a change machine because I thought they accepted quarters like most laundromats and found the vending machines in barely operating condition. I probably wandered around for 20 minutes trying every option possible. Then the attendant who was supposed to be managing the counter came out from the back and kicked me out of the side of the building that closes down at night so I explained how I needed quarters to start my laundry so I gave her a $5. I could tell she was reluctant to help me at this point, which made this an incredibly painful process. After angrily counting quarters for ten minutes, she finally asked me how many I needed, to which I replied that I didn't know how many but asked if she could give an estimate of how many I needed for a few loads and she rolled her eyes and began explain that they didn't accept quarters at this facility and that I would need to LOAD a CARD with money to be able to do laundry here. If this was a streamlined process, perhaps it would be worth the expense and the hassle but considering I had to wait half an hour for "help" (loose definition of the word here) and found out this expensive and time consuming process in a pretty gross facility was necessary to just do my laundry I was pretty much done with this place. I appreciate the access to restrooms and the entertainment on site but it's not worth the God awful customer service and lack of efficiency this place provides. Usually when I read "attendants are rude" in a review I tend to take it with a grain of salt but this one was outright hostile and made it near impossible to do business.

It a good place and i like how the tv stations are in good channels but some of the employees are mean and i dont like how at night they close one side of the landrymat but all the workers are good as a person tho

This is the first time I've had to go to a laundry mat... I chose this place due to location and open 24 hours. The first day I went later, maybe 10 at night and the guy and gal there at the time were very helpful and friendly. They were attentive and eager to everyone in the building. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Today is my second trip... The employees today were 2 females, quite rude and not attentive. Taking personal calls on the clock...I tried to put $22.75 on the wash card and she moved her hand out of the way of me passing her the money so the change could fall and said, "you can do 22 or 23... We don't do change." No smile, no sorry, no let me help you gather the change... And no thank you for spending my money ... Then I walked to my vehicle to get more laundry and the 2 employees were BOTH outside smoking while 3-4 people stood at the counter and waited... Maybe they shouldnt go on break together... Just a thought... I understand this is not a corporarate office but have our employees wear belts or pants that do not show the crack of their behind. Please get better people to man facilities, I've come across 2 outstanding employees and 2 awful ones and have only been to this location twice... I almost stopped her from loading the card and drove to a different laundry mat.

I typically have a speedy, in and out, no hassle experience here. Sunday morning is my preferred time to go- not crowded. Plenty of quality machines.. clean.. seems to be managed well. Dig the card operated machine thing. If you don't want to do laundry at your building or you don't have a washer and dryer at home .. I would say this is a good spot!
