This place is DISGUSTING!!! Should be condemned!!! Filthy!!! Stinks! Just pure nasty! Will never go back unless they go under new management/ownership and remodeled and cleaned! Shame on the ppl who own this place!

Very Grimy & Dirty ! Looks as if Trash has been on floor all day and no attendant . I wouldn't recommend anyone and I definitely won't be back!!!

Yes I've had issues with a dryer or two not working, but the fortunate side is that, the owners own the dry cleaning next door. They will refund your money, without question, and call the maintenance people almost immediately. I don't like having to always get refund, but I know they are doing their best, based off my interactions with the owners. If I didn't have the great customer service by the owners I may rate differently, but I know they care.

This place is nasty and filthy, no attendant on site, and coin exchanger don't work, not to mention only half the machines work, hardly no parking, 6 extra big machines and only 3 work all other machine r the Reg size machine will never go back again, I highly recommend you don't either it was a nightmare.

Cheap to do laundry but very nasty place clothes on the floor no baskets to put laundry in floor tables walls all torn up smells really bad first time going will never go back place needs to be condemned or needs major remodeling

Average place. The washer I used was broken and there wasn't any sign to let me know so it went through the rinse cycle then the water wouldn't drain. The dryers get really hot though.

This location isn't staffed, the washers take your money. The change machine doesn't work! Give me a warsh board and a creek! Thankfully our house should be done soon.

The Cincinnati hotel had no laundry. Shameful, so we went here. We got all of our laundry done with ease, at an extremely low price of $2.50. Idk what's going on with the other reviewers, but I think this place is one of the best laundromats in the country. Original post: April 2017

Put a 5 dollar in coin machine and 2 dollars in quarters came out.... bring coins. Phone number on door is unattended and there is no staff. I don't have all night to wait for someone to close at Midnight. Also, where is is sign showing the cost of each machine?

My washer recently broke so I decided to go to the laundry mat today. This place was beyond disgusting!! Trash EVERYWHERE all over the floor. When we were folding our clothes we spotted about 5 BED BUGS!!! Ive never been to a laundry mat that was this gross. Washers were over priced, but washed pretty quickly. I will be contacting the owner first thing tomorrow to lodge my complaint directly!

My washing machine broke down so needed to do several loads before my new one arrives on Saturday. This place deserves a zero , which isn't permitted. 1). The washing machines do not drain before the rinse cycle, the clothes "rinse" in soapy water, just as the owners know! 2)Since my clothes were rinsed in recycled soapy water , I went ahead and washed my clothes again without soap, in the large , front loader machine at $4.00 and guess what , that machine which I paid for an extra rinse for, reuses the dirty, soapy water ....so even though I didn't use soap, the front loader washed the soap out of my clothes, though just recycled it. I am thinking that I should file a complaint for theft through deception as the owner must know that the 6 machines I used don't rinse , that the machines recycle soapy water , that the drums to the front loader are damaged internally and rip and tear clothing such as a J Crew shirt and a much loved New York Yankees sweatshirt. The owners are crooks, deceptive and the machines ruin your shirts....STAY AWAY from here. Consider yourself informed!!!!

Never ever come here! The washers and dryers are so beyond expensive! All the machines have trouble taking quarters also, it took me about 15 mins to actually get the coins to go through. The washers stink. This place is a waste of time and money. I will never come back here.
