This place is the absolute worst!!! I took a very nice jacket in almost 3 weeks ago. My roommate picked it up and brought it home only for me to put it on and the zipper falls off! I take it back and they fix it, which was nice, but it took over a week. I had to keep calling to see if it was ready. They claimed they called 3 times; no missed calls or voicemails. I went to pick it up on Tuesday, the zipper is fixed, but now the belt is missing on my coat! They claim it never came with a belt, which the initial time I picked it up the belt was still on it. I had to look up the seamstress number and have them use my cell phone to call. The one girl at the store was helpful, while the other one had a huge chip on her shoulder and could have cared less. I called the owner, Penny yesterday, thanked her for fixing the zipper, but brought up the issue about the belt. She basically proceeded to tell me it was her word vs, mine and to check to see if my roommate had the belt? She also told me that I should have been happy enough that she fixed the zipper because it was manufacturer defect. I have had this jacket over a year and no issues-bring it to them and nothing but a headache. Pay the few extra dollars and go somewhere else. This place is not worth the headache, time, and aggravation.

I was extremely annoyed with my service here. When I dropped off my dress, I was told it was $8 to dry clean. This seemed high, but I was in a rush and didn't really research. When I went to pick up, somehow they managed to charge me nearly $10. This seems ridiculous for 1 item. I recommend you go somewhere else.

The Blue Ash location near the YMCA did a good job with my husband's dress shirts for many months. The last time I took his shirts there, 2 of them came back with what appeared to be bleach spots spattered all over along with 100+ tiny pin prick holes in the fabric. I only noticed this after I got home. There was no mention or notations regarding these problems at the time of pick up. I took them back and left them with the attending associate who said she would speak to the manager about them. I contacted the manager a few days later to get a response. The Manager's only response was "Well, this didn't happen here." I no longer use or recommend this location.

Dishonest dry cleaners Springdale cleaners 9300 Kenwood rd. I won’t be going back. A few weeks ago I dropped off my husband’s suits in a 31 bag. I forgot the bag and went back to ask about it. The gentleman that helped me asked the owner about it and said they didn’t have it. They would have attached it to the suits. Checked at home and no bag. Went in today and brought a similar bag and asked again, showing them what it looked like. The owner looked like a deer in headlights. Said yeah! I have it in my car. She was apparently moving her grandson to college and just felt it was ok to use MY BAG. She said she was going to call me... but didn’t. Probably wasn’t going to because I asked about it a week ago. Thoroughly disappointed.

This place did a tremendously terrible job on my clothing. Khaki pants came back with blue stains in them, all my clothing had wrinkles ironed into them. It was obvious my clothes were very poorly taken care of. I hope I can undo the damage they did. I'll never go back, and I recommend you don't even risk it.

Took my wedding dress in October to them to have cleaned for additional pictures after our wedding, had mud and dirt all over the bottom, and they were fantastic. Wonderful staff and a very professional job. For a white dress they did great. Would greatly recommend, and plan on bringing my dress back to have cleaned again to be put away.

Did a terrible job on my all black suit. Lent and dog hair was all over my suit. The owner then tried using a lent roller. When I stated it was OK I have to leave to be on time for funeral (which is why i put my suit in in the first place) she balled the suit up an sat it in a dirty clothes basket out of spite. I obvious took it and put it on hangers and she dismissed me as if I was in the wrong. Very rude. I will never do business here again.

I toke my fiancé’s coat that really needed well dry cleaned I would have paid more to make it look perfect but I was given my coat back to find it’s not perfect and there is hair on the inside arms of the coat I would recommend options for urs customers:) because I would have gladly paid anything to make it perfect dispointned :(
