Nice clean place with many high capacity machines. Super great employees! Ci Ci got our white comforter in tip top shape after our lab jumped on the bed with muddy paws. We’ve used this location a few times when the washer at home was down. Never had a problem. The employees were nice and helpful to everyone when I was there.

It was a rainy day (today) when i came here to do my laundry. I had at least 100 dollars worth to clean, had planned on spending good money here. My family and i parked under a car wash to pull out our clothes because of the rain when the owner came out and told us to leave for NO REASON. He was rude and his attitude was disgusting when we were nothing but polite. He is continuing to watch us at this exact moment and the entire 15 minutes it took us to load the vehicle back up. He is a disgusting human and i advise everyone to avoid giving him service

This is the worst self service car wash I have ever used. It costs $1.25 minimum to start the car wash. I spent $5 and could not even get the dirt and bugs off the front of my car. The spray nozzle was broken and the “low pressure” modes were basically as effective as using a spray bottle on your car. When switched to spray soap mode only water comes out. The foaming brush is so worn out it just spreads dirt around. The “wax” is also just water. AND when you’re finished there is so much water dripping from the ceiling you can’t get in your car without you, or your seats getting soaked.

The car wash recently JACKED UP THEIR PRICES. Now you only get 20 seconds for a quarter. You used to be able to di a really nice car wash for about $6-7. Now it would cost double that. Also, they seem to have cut back on what you get for your money. The soap barely flows on the brush. The Triple Shine no longer shoots the triple shine stuff, it just barely spits out any thing and that looks like a soapy water mix. This used to be a great place to wash a car but no longer. It is way more expensive and you get way less for money. I won't go back and neither should you.

This is a great laundry matt and they offer many services other than washers and dryers. The lady was helpful she walked me through showing me how to use the card. And the best way to use the different equipment and what was most cost effective . The facility was spotless and clean. The lady was friendly and courteous . This one of the best do it your self car washes. Yes it's older but everything works and most importantly the water is clean you don't get spots all over after washing your car. I usually bring a bucket and use a wash mitt to wash the car.

Laundry machines are good. Free Wi-Fi. Payment system: You need cash to get their card (afaik 5 bucks is minimum), which is the only way to use their machines (they might accept card in office but I'm not sure about that).

They make you purchase cards to use the machine and will not refund remaining money. I have a card with 20.00 on it that is completley useless now that i have my own washer and dryer.

Terrible car wash. Soap doesn't work and the spot free wash is non existing. Had to try to spot free with it on high pressure without squeezing the trigger. Turned on high pressure soap.nothing came out for 2 minutes. I live right by this car wash but disappointed to the say the least. Avoid it and save your money!

The doors are locked at 8:30pm during the week and 7:30pm on the weekend. You can not advertise that you are open when you lock your doors an hour and half earlier than that. Locked doors=closed

The woman manager in the morning was outside telling an employee that she stunk, that she smelled like cat or dog or something which a lot of people with pets might have a lingering smell of, but she was outside smoking as well, so what do you think she smelled of herself? Certainly not roses. It's better to invest own money and get washer or dryer. There are so many online that there's not many excuses not to get one, even used.

Don't like the hours...they close way too soon. There are a couple very clean establishments (out of twn) that are open 24/7. So why not 11pm or midnight for closing?

The car wash ranges between $4-$7 so I chose the works which was the $7 wash and I was not happy with the service , you are better off paying a little extra and having it washed right the first time at Mikes Car Wash or some place like that. Secondly I’m also doing laundry which you have to purchase a laundry card, now I think the washers are a bit expensive on top of the dryers not accurately drying so per load to dry you’ll need to insert at the the least 4 drying cycles back to back. My clothes are still somewhat stained and I used tons of gain softener and Tide detergent. Needless to say I won’t be a returning customer $20 spent and I think I only had about 4 loads which is waaaay too much for me to spend on clothes I didn’t feel got super cleaned. The water pressure suck in the washing machines. So I won’t be back. And I will be buying my own washer and dryer this week. If you are in a jam come here but if not don’t bother .

Falsely advertised hours. The doors are locked at 8:30 pm, which is not what is reflected on their Google my business page or on the door to the property. If you can not use the facility then you are closed. You need to update that. It’s fruatrating to come with wet clothes at 8:40 pm and be told you can’t dry them (which takes 20 minutes) because they are closed at 8:30! The staff was rude about it to. I wouldn’t waste your money here.

Got stuck in the automatic wash after paying $5 and wash my car. It was horrifying experience. It is like been trapped like a mouse in cage. Both door closed and the doors refused to open after the light indicated it should open. Had to call 911 to be rescued. To make the matter worse, the doors were opaque and the machine was very noisy so nobody outside saw or hear me when l was knocking the door heavily. The switch to be able to open from inside was broken. The clerk eventually help me through the back door by pretending to want a wash by putting money in the credit card machine. She told me they will refund my money. They never did and no formal apology from their management expect the clerk. I'm just clad to be freed. This review is to warn others not to ever use the automatic wash part of this car wash facility unless you want to be imprisoned in car wash area. And always carry a charged cell phone with you all the time in any car wash area. Thanks

I HATE THIS PLACE! WILL NEVER GO BACK. WAS IN A HURRY WENT INTO THE AUTOMATIC CAR WASH, PAID 5$ ENTERED, AND IT STARTE TO WASH THEN SUDDENLY STOPPED AND NEVER CAME BACK ON. I HAD TO PULL INTO A DO IT YOURSELF WASH AND FINISH SPRAYING IT OFF AD CLEANING IT. THEN I TRIED TO PURCHASE AN ARMORALL SPONGE TO CLEAN THE INSIDE AND GUESS WHAT? I PAID FOR IT, PULLED THE LEVER AND NO SUPRISE NOTHING CAME OUT.

They use a card you have to preload with cash for their laundry, and then price their laundry machines at a weird amount. So you end up with misc change on the card you can't use...unless you keep reloading it every time you go.

I arrived at 8:30pm , plenty of time to do a load of clothes before they close at 10pm. 35 minutes to wash and around 25 to dry, it's not my first time doing laundry. After I get $10 changed into quarters at the machine, I realized the machines take a card that you must get in the back of the laundromat. So I ask the lady working there how it works and she unleashed a weeks worth of RUDE on me. She told me(yelling) I must be done by 10pm and if I wanted to give her attitude , she would just go ahead and throw me out. Never been treated so rude in my life. I've been there twice today, the first and the last time.

Normally, I have a good experience here. I've been coming for approximately 7 years now. But today was not my usual situation. I used 9 washers today, so I had a fair amt. of laundry. I parked close to the side door, and went to take a cart out to put my bags and laundry products in. I realize that it says on the doors not to take the carts outside, but I think that you need an exception for seniors or the disabled. Normally, the staff is understanding and doesn't say anything, and I've never left a cart outside or in poor condition. Today, the person in charge told me not to take the cart out, and finally relented when I objected. I ended up deciding to not take the cart outside, and I made multiple trips. Inside, things were very busy, with a lot of folks doing laundry. The main trashcan was overflowing, and the ladies' bathroom had no paper towels. Please talk with your staff about courtesy to older or disabled folks, and about keeping the inside in better condition, especially during busy times. Thank you so much!
