We've been coming to this Laundry facility since February, and we love this place. It's always clean, smells good, and is resonably priced. Every time we are in (which is about twice a month) the woman working, Barbra, never stops. She is there every time we are in, and she does an amazing job at keeping the place clean. She's friendly, and very welcoming. We always refer everyone to this location.

Pro tip: if the alarm is ringing when you arrive, find somewhere else to do your laundry. "Emergency" number is happy to let it blare for hours.

They've closed the large handicapped accessible bathroom. Just one small male/female WC remains. One restroom is not enough on a busy Saturday.

What you see is what you get. I was there 12:30 am to 2 am on a Monday. I came in with my earbuds in and no one bothered me the whole time. I got about 2 loads of laundry done for $10. There were a few other people there until 1:30 or so. Plenty of room and nice big tables for folding laundry. Perfect for night owls. Side note, there aren't any 24 hour gas stations within walking distance. Nearest I found was a Thorntons on the other side of 275. This place does have a vending machine, though.

Dropped my comforter off today. Mackenzie is very friendly and always pleasant. She seems to know many of her regular customers by name. It is always clean and I am always satisfied when I pick up. The prices are reasonable.

It's very well kept and clean unless you go in the late night. There is a bar next door so usually a pretty loud crowd but they do keep to themselves. So all in all it's not a bad place to do the laundry.

Went in last Saturday, September 26, to wash some comforters. Very nice facility--clean and bright. One comforter came out beautifully, but the other was horribly mangled. (This was the fault of the designer because the stuffing inside wasn't stitched to the fabric. It had nothing to do with the machines or anything. The other comforter much larger and it washed like a champ.) Anyway, the manager, Marlene, saw me struggling with it, and she worked tirelessly to help me untangle it. I was so grateful to her. She acted as though it was no big deal, but she went above and beyond. Definitely recommend!

Very nice clean place a little pricey 3 a double load and 25 cents 6 minutes. Which may be normal for area but where I moved from it was 2.50 and 25 cents for 10 minutes. But as long as I'm living in mason I'll keep going here because it's 24 hr and I like doing my laundry after midnight being a shy person and not have to wait on machines

My husband comes here often for our family. This weekend was my first time. It was very nice. Clean. Functioning. The staff waspleasant. ((She held conversation without complaining about her job - which is rare)) My only negative statements are the trash and beer cans sitting out front. Probably left by the guys hanging out at the bar next door. (Saturday morning at 9am)

Very clean, open 24/7. ATM, snack machine, change machine, and laundry soaps on site for purchase. Machines clean very well...clothes come out smelling like detergent and fabric softener...NOT LIKE A DIRTY MACHINE! They have at least 4 different size machines...standard top loader, 20lb capacity, 35lb capacity, and 60lb capacity. Also have standard and extra large dryers. Dryers are efficient and quick; I can usually dry a 35lb load of laundry in 36 minutes ($1.25). Highly recommend!

They offer laundry services and drop off service too. Their washers get my rugs and large comforters clean! I visit often and highly recommend!

CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN!!! Cleanest laundromat I've ever been to. They have a little table for kids and crayons/coloring books to entertain. But the best is the two female attendants I ment there, they are the sweetest hard working girls!!! Didn't sit or stop working the entire time I was there, they were helping everyone. Don't loose them!

I'm the kind of person who would benefit from reading a copy of "Laundromats for Dummies!" My experience at Milford Queen City laundry was SUPERIOR. I needed change. Machines were there and ALL in working order. Atm too. I needed to break a $20. Attendant was right there and gladly equipped to help me. I did laundry for the Bed & Breakfast I oversee locally and I will ALWAYS come back here to do so for the: Quality machines Not overpriced Great suggestions from other patrons about efficient laundry processing. LOTS if counter space Smells clean, looks clean, IS clean. Friendly, safe, community atmosphere. I'm grateful! Thanks Queen City Coin!
