Dropped my laundry off. Was told someone would be there tell 9pm. Came to pick up my clothes at 830 The lady just closed and acted like she didn't see me.as she walked out the door and ran to her car. I called 10 minutes prior to my arrival and spoke with someone who assured me they would be open to give me my clothes . I'm not paying this place ever again.

Usually no one there so you have full access to any washer or dryer even if there are people there there is plenty of 8 load 6 load and double load washer and dryer available. The prices for the washer can be a little pricey but if you have more than one load then you should use one of the larger multi load washers and then use one of the multi load dryers since it's 6mins per 25c you put in on med heat it will dry huge loads for roughly $2

I started taking my laundry to them for their by the pound laundry service. Even though I am feeling better, I still take my laundry there. They do a better job than I do and their lint brush is busy with the dog hair I get on things. Seriously good, kind staff and great service

I have to say that this is the cleanest, most well kept facility within many miles from me. There are other laundromats closer to me, but it's worth it to go the distance for this place. Very friendly staff, especially Neena, she fantastic! Great washers and dryers! Try it out folks.. You won't be disappointed.

I've been going to the Anderson local for a couple years now. They have such friendly service. The place is extraordinary clean. The manager is super sweet and on point with the drop off laundry and any questions a patron may have. I highly recommend that if you need to do small or large amounts of laundry they will have the size washer and dryer you may need, but if you don't have time, just drop it off and they will do it for you. I go there at least 2 times a week sometimes more. I give it 5+ star's.

The options for doing laundry are awesome. Normally the staff is fantastic. However, the last time I was there the young woman was very busy 'visiting ', I asked for something to wipe off a table thinking she would handel it like the others do. Wrong, she was to busy talking, I mentioned a machine (double loader) didn't spin very well, she said I over loaded it. Not very impressed. Will I go back? Of course one bad apple........

My dryer just recently had troubles so this is a 5 minute drive from where I live which is convenient. The first couple times it worked perfectly fine. But then I went to go out my clothes in the dryer and this worker comes up to me and says sorry you can't use this dryer. It's reserved. It didn't make any sense. I didn't know you could reserve a dryer. She did that for every single dryer. I finally gave up and went to a different place.

Very clean all new machines no sign of bed bugs staffed during day but open 24/7 a little more expensive than my last laundromat but the convenience and cleanliness make it worth going

I'm surprised by how bad this place was. I go to the one in Milford, usually, but tried this one out for a change. It is very affordable, and clean enough I guess. But everything is very old. The washing machines don't even tell you how many minutes the wash will take. You have to stand there and keep checking if they're done. They have a lot of $2 machines which is nice, but 2 of the 7 were out of order. The vending machine was out of order. I went at 12:30 am on a Tuesday, and there were 4-5 other people there. People were smoking by the back entrance, which means the whole place smelled like cigarette smoke. The layout of the building is such that you can't see everything that's going on, which is a little weird. Everything is nailed down. It just *feels* unsafe. Compared to the one in Milford, I can't believe it's the same company.

I live in Mt Washington where there in a location right across the street from my home, but I always come to the Anderson one. The store is clean and the machines are always in working order. There’s an employee at this location who I enjoy talking with. Her name is Nena and she’s always very friendly and helpful. She never seems to be in a bad mood and enjoys her job. I work in customer service myself and I know how difficult it can be to find employees who are friendly and upbeat. Nena always has a smile on her face and I look forward to seeing her on laundry day.

I used this laundromat a few times without issue because my dryer had some recent repairs - but I cannot recommend this location in good faith. I had dropped off some towels to be dried and they were stolen. The towels were not in great condition so whoever needed them more than me - may they bless you - but the nonchalant attitude of the worker there - she could have cared less about my plight - is what really upsets me.

oh boy ok, deleted my last review because I said some things that were incorrect. there IS a vending machine, it is just sort of tucked away so I couldn't see it. dryers are really nice, new, and dried my clothes very quickly. the place is somewhat small, and the music choice leaves a lot to be desired (I hate country music so much) but overall it's not bad. one of the 35lb machines is broken, but the other is pretty cheap and effective. I'll come back next time I need to do laundry late.

Amazingly clean and the staff is so friendly and helpful. we had a feather pillow blow up it the washer and Nina was so kind and helpful. It made a huge mess and she just laughed and started helping clean. Even ran the load for us again to try to help get some of the feathers out.

It is well designed with nice, clean, and well functioning equipment. The machines are not abused, and they are very efficient. You can tell this place is cared about. Took comforter to them to wash instead of doing it myself. Was shocked when I got same day service. I've got a king size comforter they washed it & put in a storage bag for $ 20.00. Can't do it much cheaper if I did it myself

First visit. All the dry cleaners refused to clean a mattress pad I needed clean. I stopped in Queen City laundry Anderson and Nena said no problem. She said it would be done the next day. Not true. She had it done the same day Great customer service. Thanks Nena.

Small laundromat. It was alright. Cost effective, but the triple loader I put my clothes in had a bum door and another customer had to help me because water started pouring out the front. Almost lost $5 and there isn't an attendant there to help anyone. In the end we got the door to stay closed so my laundry would get clean.

I was not looking forward to using a laundrymat during our laundry room remodel but I was pleasantly surprised. This facility was very clean with lots of machines in good working order and the staff was helpful and friendly. Parking was also easy! Now that the remodel is just about complete I will not hesitate to come back with my oversized items when the need washed!
