The machines cost about the same as other places. The restrooms lock after 9pm and I'm not sure when they open. I was there Monday morning until about 8:30 and they were still locked. So use the restroom before coming. Usually only spend about an hour and a half there.

They get pretty busy at times but I havent ever really had a problem getting any washers or dryers before. It's nice and clean and the machines are well taken care of. Also they have free WiFi and 2 TVs

Kinda dirty for the high cost of the machines. Took 4 tries to find a washer that didnt stink. Floor was visibly dirty and my shoes kept sticking trash was overflowing. This was around 8 on on a weeknight dryers took quite a while especially when you only get 4 minutes for 25 cents

Now that it's not 24/7, there's not much reason to go there. The ladies who work there are busybodies who hover over you while you're throwing your undies in the wash, and then they constantly remind you that they're about to close in 2 hours. Do not recommend unless you're a lonely old fogey.

This establishment is right by my house and I’ve been going to it for the last few years. They recently changed their hours to close at 9 pm from 24/7 no signage anywhere to indicate except google. The older woman who works there evenings is normally too involved with people she knows or is asking too many personal questions when you’re going about your business. Instead of saying when I was emptying my washer and loading a dryer that they were closing, proceeded to wait until 9 to say I had to leave or get my laundry locked up and thrown away. I really don’t appreciate her rudeness and her comment on how long my clothes should take to dry as if I don’t know how to do my laundry. Will NOT be back

Friendly, helpful and kind are the words I would use to describe the wonderful person who helped us. She couldn't have been nicer and the laundromat reflected her attitude and commitment...

Decent laundromat, on the $+ side. Quarter dryers make up for that. Muzak, seating, and carts. What more can you ask for? (The answer is wifi)

Went to both Amelia laundry mats during a 2 week time when my machine was down and both have pluses and minuses. Minus here is the cost per load is more than Amelia Cleaners and had fewer overall machines. The pluses at this site are it is a cleaner over atmosphere and the capacity of the machines here is more than the capacity for the loads are larger than Amelia Cleaners. The other positive here is it is open 24/7 compared with Amelia Cleaners. This helps me be I was at that time working long shifts at work.

Nice community laundromat. Store is extremely clean and machines are newer and well maintained. Secure. Good number of security cameras. People mostly keep to themselves. Can be busy on evenings and weekends. Vending and change machine on site. Friendly, kind and helpful staff. Convenient store hours.

Prices are double the price than most others. At Fluff n Fold you can an 8 loader washer for $8 and a triple load for $3 something. I've never been in a laundromat so expensive. I'll stick with the Fluff n Fold in Batavia. Their machines are fairy new, especially the new 8 load machine for $8. Can't say queen city has "new" machines as an excuse obviously. That one is perfect but the drive is much further. there once. The only positive about this place is it being open 24 hrs.

Usually just fine, but today your new hire is letting kids climb all over the folding areas. Can't wait to get the dirt from their shoes all over my clean clothes.
