Easy to find, easy to use, open 24 hours. It was a little dirty and the filters were full on the dryers but in perspective i was there at 2am. Only complaint i have is the bathroom is locked after 7pm till next morning. I totally understand the reasoning, no vagrants and their was none, the people that came and went were definitely just people utilizing laundry services and they were kind. I would definitely go back again they had many units that could be utilized for large scale laundry

In town for a soccer tournament, was a wet and muddy day ... hotel laundry out of service,.found this close by. Prices reasonable, facility clean, had trouble with coin changer, owner came right in, got me change, said call if any other problems. Plenty of washers and dryers.

Fantastic service. Clean machines and free wi-fi. What more can you ask for while doing your laundry. They also do alterations which is perfect for me since there isn't a dress shirt on the market that fits me well. If you have laundry come to Laura's.

Needed to wash a king size comforter and all of the larger washers are out of service. No air conditioning...could be a nice place but needs to be maintained.

This is a clean laundry mat available 24x7 with free Wi-Fi, but it comes at a cost. The machines are expensive and are often out of order. Some washers do not rinse /spin very well, leaving clothes very wet and full of fabric softener (almost like the washers skip a rinse and spin cycle), but that may be by design...

It was terrible spent 60 on just washing and literally 40 on drying had to put it two times to dry and still didn’t dry worst place ever they barely had like 15 machines and only like 6 worked the rest was out of service if I could give it a zero I would this need to be shut down nothing works

Called last week to check on price for wash dry fold. Told it was $2 per lb. High but same as everyone else. Thought I'd give it a try. Drove from Lavalett and was told they suspended this service. Wish I knew that before I drove the distance. Place was dirty by the way.

I would have given this place three stars, except for one thing: Laura, the owner, is CRAZY. The place is clean. It has free wi-fi. It has some comfortable seating. These are all pluses. Unfortunately it is overpriced to the Nth degree. The largest washer is $8, and the dryers are overpriced as well. I just moved to West Virginia from Philadelphia. Philly is one of the most expensive areas in the country, and the laundromat I went to there - also 24 hours like Laura's, clean and comfortable - charged $4.50 for the largest washer, and the dryers were FREE with purchase of your wash. I guess the place there was part of a chain, but the point is that when you move to one of the poorest parts of the country the cost of living goes WAY down. It doesn't double. I left a mixed review that was far less crass than this one on the facebook page for the business, and Laura threw a hissy fit in her responses, ultimately sending me a diatribe in a private message. "This aint Kansas Dorthy," she said in what I can only assume was a veiled homophobic slur. "I pay very high rent, a very high interest loan on my equipment and maintenance on my machines every 4-6 weeks. The utilities are extremely high in West Virginia." Well, MISS THANG, if you think the utilities in West Virginia are higher than in Philadelphia, you're living on another planet. Why don't you just admit that you're greedy and let it go? You got a bad review that you've only made worse with your piss poor attitude.

Literally spent almost 30 dollars here on one of my baskets of laundry. The only good thing about this place are the hours they offer. The bathroom closes in the evening because Laura is buttmad she has to clean it apparently. Even the vending machines are outrageously priced. Considering the fact you have to sit and wait for over an hour for your laundry all that makes for a pain in the ass, especially if your there at night. Literally buying a washer and dryer makes more fiscal sense than going back to this place more than 5 times.

Place is clean and moist if the machines are working. That's a plus because I've seen some where the machines are pretty torn up. A little pricey but it's worth it. Looks like a safe place too. Nice area so I want worried about stepping out for a bit.

What has happened with this place? This used to be the best laundromat in the tri-state area, they have really Let It Go. Out of the 23 washers only 11 work. On the morning I visited it was extremely dirty.

Prices are reasonable. I’ve been here several times and every time it’s decently clean. Staff is friendly. My favorite is the larger dryers. I can put 2 laundry baskets of clothes into one and it dries it all in less than an hour. Overall, probably the best laundry mat around the area. And they’re 24/7, which is convenient for everyone’s schedule. Special thanks to the owner! Business is ran nicely.

This place is clean, open 24/7, and has good machines, but the price is outrageous. Prices were just raised, too. Be ready to spend $10 to send a single load through the washer and dryer.

Went there today for the 1st time, was impressed with how clean the facility was, met the owner, she was very nice, made coffee for everyone, would say though not impressed with the pricing, I used a $6 washing machine and had about 8 towels, was told to divide them in the dryers and it should run around $1.25 to dry , each quarter gives you 4 minutes, well it took FOUR times that amount to dry. I think the dryers are at a minimal very poor at drying, I think they should increase the time or heating of the dryers. Otherwise nice place, clean, and friendly owner and staff. Though do not plan to go back , I was there to wash and dry and think I spent way too much there.

Filthy place, atm is "offline", both change machines aren't working, bathroom is locked and no key to be found, half of the machines are "out of order", cigarettes on the floor, humid inside (at 1am) and you can't buy any drinks/water from the machine

Best laundromat in the area. Open 24 hours, fast WiFi, TV, cheap drinks and snacks, and the prices aren't too high. Laura is always very helpful when something goes wrong and is here to help out within 10 minutes. 10/10 I recommend everybody come here instead of the other one's around here.

This place has the stench of a dying business to it. I've been going here on and off for the last 4 months out of necessity. Every time I go here, something new is broken. They seem to have no interest in fixing any of their machines. Going to be avoiding this place as much as possible.

Free WiFi, TV's , plenty of washer's and dryers, change machine and dispensers for detergent etc. However due to thieves , no vending machines or restroom access unless staff is present. Stays hot inside when it's hot outside. They do have some large fans that help some. Well lit ,24 hour, it's my pick for this area.

About 50/50 on broken to working washers. The place seems fairly well maintained, and clean. Bathroom was unavailable, but the changers worked. I washed the bedspread for tree-fiddy, and dried it for 3 bucks. The customers seemed like local working folk, and not the tweakers at the huntington wash-a-ramas, so that's nice.TVs and free wifi.

Very clean, nice facility. Seemed like a lot of the machines were out of service, but thankfully it wasn't very busy. While the washers seem a bit pricey, I was very happy to be able to do one load in a large washer instead of multiple in smaller ones.
