I've used Cleaner Concepts before, liked their work. Today was different. I left very disappointed and without using their services. I'm getting married at the end of next week. And I fly out of the city on Wednesday. I was informed that I wouldn't be able to receive my dry cleaning until Thursday. Trying to work other options and use the services here, I asked if there was any other way to work this out? The manager was pretty flat and simply suggested that I try another dry cleaner, and refunded my money. I did just that, and my items will be ready for pick up on Tuesday at noon. Needless to say that I won't be returning to Cleaner Concepts. But, I would to thank the young man for declining my business, and sending away. I located a company that will honor my request, value my money and not be rude to me when I'm conducting business. God bless you, Cleaner Concepts.

It seems lately that the quality has fallen off. My clothes don't smell clean when I bring them home. The owner seems more focused on pushing a political agenda than he does on cleaning clothes.

If you are looking for the cheapest dry cleaner in town, this is your place. If you are looking for a dry cleaner who provides a decent service and takes responsibility for ruining expensive clothes, go pretty much anywhere except Cleaner Concepts. They got a large gray spot on the front of a new white dress and told me "We are a discount dry cleaner. You get what you pay for." In this case, the bitterness of poor quality will remain long after the sweetness of the low price is forgotten. Save yourself a lot of time and money and take your clothes to a different dry cleaner.

They are wonderful!!!.. My dads brother passed away and we need to get the suit cleaned to give to the funeral home. We got there a late for one day service, my dad explained the situation and they said that they would have the suit done by 9 the next morning. When he got there they did have it done and showed so much compassion for what my father was going through. They will receive all our business from now on and will make sure to tell everyone else to come too. If more places showed the compassion that they had this world would be a much better place. Thank you all for taking such good care of my dad during this most difficult time for him.

Definitely cheapest in town! I have had to return items every once in awhile for not being properly cleaned, but they have always fixed the issue free of charge in those instances! Friendly staff and same day cleaning.

These guys don’t understand even the most basic elements of garment care. I brought four sweaters in to be cleaned (two wool, two cashmere). When I received them, they were all hung on wire hangers, not folded over, so the shoulders were very badly stretched. I had to take them to another cleaner to be re-blocked. After that, I wouldn’t trust these guys to clean a dog bed.

They do a great job on shirts and the turn around time is fantastic. Standard items are done within 24 hours. The price is the best part, it is such a good deal.

I send my northface coats and jackets there . And few clothing. I WOULD NEVER SUGGEST TAKEN ANY OF YOUR COATS OR BETTER ITEMS TO THEM TO GET CLEANED OR ANYTHING.. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED WHEN I DID, I called back up and spoke to the manager Cristen , he said the way they cleaned or dry clean customers coats is they put them in the washing machine. But they dont tell u that. My coats didn't have any puffiness to them and were destroyed.. very flat when I receive them back.

I was pleased to find this gem near my work. They provide a great service, for only $2.76 per item (including down coats)! The staff is always courteous and they have same day service! I highly recommend this dry cleaner.
