Prices seem to be getting pretty high. Repair service is not good at all. I have had several different pairs of pants repaired there over the years, they never last very long. Last time I had a pair fixed it didn't last thru the first time I wore them after the repair. I took them back and they did it again and it ripped out the first week again. I took them to North College Hill Tailor Shop and got them fixed right.

Last Friday (12/14/2018) evening I dropped off 4 suits to be dried clean at Clean Getaway in North College Hill. I pointed out the spots on the lapel and was going to point out other spots on one of the other suit pants when the lady (I didn't get her name) came out and said they would look for it. I was taken aback at this lady's gruff and dismissive response. Normally the dry cleaner would mark the spots where indicated by the customer. My instinct was to grab my dry clean and leave, but I didn't want to make a scene in front of other customers so I let them cleaned my suits. I came to pick up my four suits last evening. And when I got home, I noticed the same spots were there. I was not happy. I was about to post a bad review. But I decided to give the manager Jeff a call for his response. He apologized and said that it's the store's policy to check/mark off the spots each time the customers bring items for dry cleaning. I'll accept this as an anomaly and will stay with Clean Getaway in North College Hill.
