They have a.c.!!! Kinda pricey on the machines. Always an attendant on duty. No so friendly staff. Tanning beds are just ok. I have to use the highest level of tanning to get any results.

Been coming here regularly until today when I was accused (by a new employee) of trying to get quarters and leaving.. I explained to her that I like to take multiple trips back and forth (this is because I’ve had my stuff stolen before). Another employee, who the accuser spoke with, ironically went outside as I did and I assume this was to be sure I wasn’t lying. The new employees have an attitude that I do not appreciate especially since I’ve been a loyal customer at this location. I will NOT be coming back after my experience today.

It's not a bad place, but it is expensive to do your laundry. And it's not in the most convenient place. Also it is the only laundry mat in Clifton. They need to open one on the other side of campus. And it should be on the 17 bus route.

This laundromat sucks! Ive read the reviews of this place before i came and thought this was going to be a great place but that was not the case. They dont keep money in there atms. And the location they're located is no atms near by to go to. Not only that but the lady at the counter was very rude. Im so not going back here.

I have tried to patronize this business for 3 years because it is close to home and I keep hoping they will turn the place around, but it's getting worse. Today, May 18, 2015, is the LAST time I will ever go to this dump! I don't know who the owners are, or what they spend their money on, but it certainly isn't keeping up their machines. Today there must have been 5 customers and I thought "Great, I'll get in and out".. NOPE...almost NONE of the machines were working anymore. It gets worse every week and management doesn't address it. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. Maybe they are planning to make it just tanning beds and they are letting the washers fall into crap, but I don't need a tan. I will NEVER come back!! Friendly staff and they do their best to keep the place clean and they ARE helpful, but they can't make up for washers and dryers that either don't work; or don't work properly.. Goodbye!!

Dont let these other reviews scare you, this place is clean and the machines work fine. I admit, I was scared reading the other reviews but if you're a UC student and you need to wash something big like a comforter or are sick of shitty coin op machines in apartments around campus (looking at you uptown rentals), this is your place. Change machine accepts 5s and 1s and bring about $15 for 2 gigantic loads. For me this was my giant comforter, intermediate size blanket, sheets, and ALL of my clothes. Oh yeah this is being posted from there on their fast, free WiFi.

Not sure why people have said the prices "are cheap" at this location. I'm relatively new to Cincinnati but this this the most expensive laundromat I have ever been to. $3.50 for the small washing machine or $5 for the mid size is not cheap. Additionally, it's a very busy location. Facilities are fine which is why it must be priced that way. Would recommend looking into other laundromats, which is what I plan to do.

Lived in the area since being 15 I have patronized city limits in Clifton for a very long time. I would always see the same smiling face behind the counter but the last 4 experiences I've had there has been awful and I will not be back. The customer service has gone completely down hill and the staff is incompetent and as I experienced today confrontational for absolutely no reason.

This place is so wack In the summer their’s no Air in the winter their’s no heat all the Money machines, Snack machines, and also vending machines where you purchase laundry detergent or bleach is always SOLD OUT but all her Personal snack’s and Products that she sell’s is always a full stock I HATE IT HERE and every last one of her City limit laundromats is ran down and the same way. Cleanest and most efficient laundry I've been to. Clerks are courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. Much more economical, cleaner and when you are finished with your laundry you can get cash back from your card. Super Laundry is horrible.

Staff is rude and not helpful. Most washers are out of order most the time and if one of the washers don't start after you enter your money they refuse to give you a refund. Can't forget to mention they share the building with ROACHES. You're better off driving further so your money won't go to waste.

City Limits laundromat gave good service early this morning! Although I found out this was a sister store owned by the same owner as a laundromat at the Walnut Hills location that owes me $9 still for my card malfunctioning. I'm not going to let that reflect on this review. The lady that ran the service this night in Clifton, is very approachable, very nice, just a great kind person. The kind of person you need in a customer service business like a Laundromat. So I'll give them a five star today! Check them out, the one in Clifton area though, I'm not going to tell you to go to the Walnut Hills location. Thank you! Rub a dub dub three men in a tub wash your clothes that's how it goes!

The girl working there was on her phone when I went up to the counter to ask for a $1 bill for the dimes I had. She didn't get off her phone to help me even though I tried to wait for her to get off the phone. She mouthed to me 'can I help you?' so the person on the phone couldn't hear her. I asked for my $1 and she gave it to me. She was on her phone talking to someone the entire time I was there. I only had to wash a comforter and it came out smelling worse than before, like oil or grease. And I wasted $3.50 to wash it, $0.75 on detergent, $0.75 on softner, and $1.00 on the dryer. Waste of my time and money. They get 2 stars because the place was clean inside but didn't clean my laundry and the girl working there sucks!

When the washer stopped working in the middle of the cycle, they offered to put my stuff in another washer. The staff has always been nice to me and my children. People need to remember you have to give respect to recieve it back; the attendants are only human. Only thing I would suggest is get rid of all the old washers when you can.

The only reason I give it four stars is because the parking lot was littered with garbage and unkempt. However, once you get inside, you'll be pleasantly surprised. This facility is a nice place to do laundry. It's really clean inside, and have various sizes of washing machines and dryers. They have free wi-fi, TVs, and places to sit while you wait for your clothes to be done in the machines. You can make change (up to $20 bills, I believe), so you don't have to worry about bringing enough coins. Overall, great place to do laundry efficiently and cheaply.

What a great experience. All of the machines worked great, dryers were hot and cheap, fun atmosphere and decent parking. My kids got to experience a cool laundromat. They have slushies and popcorn and some entertaining stuff. The coin machines were down except for 1...but it did the trick!
