Rip off!! $1.75 to dry should get you a full hour not 45 minutes. Took two cycles to get my bed pillows dry. Most dryers allow you to put in a few additional quarters for extra time if added before the timer runs out. Not these dryers!! Requires a full additional $1.75. found this out after I put in a $1, and still required more. Went back to my apartment for more quarters, time I got back, the timer ran out and the machine kept my $1. Coin returns don't work. Fix your machines and stop ripping people off!!!!!!

This company is the worst!!!!Raised prices and does not clean clothes, due to the short cycle. Also the "spin dry" cycle is so short that the clothes are too wet and its impossible to get the clothes dry in the dryer without spending a fortune. Even after trying to get a small load dry in the dryers, we must hang clothes in Apt to finish drying. Don't trust this Company.

My apartment complex has washers and dryers from Cincinnati Coin Laundry. I had to stop using the washers because of the gunk they were leaving on my clothes. When I called the first time to complain about the washer, I was informed that they would send someone out to service the washer. Two days later I washed my clothes in the same washer. The very same gunk was left on my clothes. I called back to make another complaint. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude and stated that the washer had been serviced and that they weren't sending anyone out again. I decided that I would not use the washers. I decided that I would rather load up my vehicle and take my clothes to a laundromat that cared about their appliances and their customers. About 8 months later, I decided to use the washer in my apartment because I was short on time. Bad choice, my clothes were left with the gunky residue, once again. I called Cincinnati Coin Laundry, I was informed that they could pick up my clothes and clean them for me. Good right? NO! I requested that my clothes not be dried in the dryer due to fading and shrinking. I received my clothes back today. I was extremely upset to find that My black jeans were no longer black, but extremely faded. I called to inform the company and the person I spoke with was extremely rude, claiming that the their washers do not leave a residue and that the person who washed my clothes did not dry them in a washer. Clearly, my black jeans were dried in a dryer. Because they were extremely faded. They were unwilling to accommodate me. Let's just say this is the last time Cincinnati Coin Laundy will rip me off. I will be sure to tell my neighbors that it is cheaper and your clothes actually get clean, not dirty when you take them down the street to Clean Clothes Company on Fields Ertel.

the washing machine ate my quarters and of course the damn company was closed so theres nothing i could really do except let my laundry sit in it with detergent and no quarters! from now on i am driving 25 min to my moms house and doing laundry there every week! this company aint gonna have my money no more!

Terrible excuse of a company, 5$ increment loads but 1.30 for a wash, 5$ for a card, misleading instructions on their machines, jerks on the phone, make you waste time to get a refund. Wish I could review 0 stars.

They charge you an arm and a leg for using washers and dryers and make you have to load money on their cards, so you can't pay with a credit card or change. The card dispensers only accept cash. Then they suddenly change what machines are available and they won't take the old laundry cards. Why are you going to run a business and then make it difficult for people to pay you?

Been at my apartment complex 6 months and washer and dryer times have been reduced by this company even in that short amount of time. If you actually want clean and dry clothes you have to run them through twice for both the washer and dryer costing $5.50 per load. The worst part is having to go back and forth to feed and start the machines instead of having just one decent wash cycle and one decent drying cycle. Tedious! Now I know why I see most of my neighbors carting their laundry out to their car to do them someplace else! Response... The machines are working fine. The drying time was reduced leaving your clothes damp so that you had to run it twice. Using a drying rack solved the problem.
