I really like this laundromat the girls are always friendly. The girls always get the laundry done same-day or next-day with a smile. It just makes it so easy to get the other thing I need to get done

Really good place with onsite help. Washers for greasy clothes, full service laundry or self service. Coin operated which sometimes I'd like to also have a card system but I only see that at apartment complexes but takes care of having a bulk amount of quarters. What's good though is someone's there to make change if you need smaller bills unlike other places.

Showers available for $1/minute. Make sure you run the hot water in the sink through the duration of your shower or water temp fluctuates really bad. Staff keeps everything extremely clean.

Good place to bring your greasers lots of washers and dryers they use their own money system so you have to use their card and pay at the end which is okay it's very clean there

Various sizes of washer and dryer, and also separate machines for greasers. Pay only with card, no quarters accepted. You can get a prepaid laundry card at the laundromat for 2 bucks plus what you load onto it. Also the cashier on site can start a machine for you if you don't want to get the card. Drop off pick up laundry available as well as showers. The only place on Watford to get a shower. Dollar a minute for the shower.

Extremely clean and tons of machines. Been all over the country for work and this by far is the nicest laundromat I've been to. Have to buy a card and not use coins but that just makes it easier. Clean showers and staff on site if you need anything else.

Terrible customer service. The facility looks great (on the inside) but the staff is honestly... Idiotic. Wasn't expecting scientists at a laundry mat, but common sense and manors towards patrons would be a plus.

Just started taking our clothes here. Been here maybe 5 times. I will not take my clothes here again. I am missing 5 F.R. T shirts and 4 pairs of socks. Before here I was taking my clothes to Minot at Express Laundry never lost ANY CLOTHES WITH THEM. A bit mad them F.R. CLOTHES ARE NOT FREAKING CHEAP. NOW I HAVE TO PAY OUT OF MY POCKET AGAIN TO REPLACE!!!!! Also tried to call a few times but there was no answer.

Tried using 3 different machines and the card readers were broken on all 3. Lady running the place was nice, but I went elsewhere after filling 3 machines with detergent and softener and being annoyed.

Not familiar with area so unable to compare to locals, but the machines do not accept cash, not so bad on wash but you have to swipe for every 4-7min on dryer which is insane. They separate greasers from clean washers, not sure why, every wash machine reaks. Only been twice, so far staff is friendly but just seriously feels like a scam waiting to happen...

I would have given a five star rating but I have went in there twice at 8 p.m. because that's what time I get off of work and it's the only time I have to do laundry and both times the same girl that was working told me that I could not wash and dry my clothes because they closed at 9 p.m. she told me I could wash them but I would have to come back the next day to dry them. Any of the other ladies that work there tell me that it's not a problem just as long as we get started washing before the washers cut off at 9. Normally I wouldn't even say anything about it but both times the girl who told me I couldn't wash and dry my clothes or sitting there talking with other people cussing up a storm and I had my four year old little boy with me who is a parrot and likes to repeat what he hears. It was just very disrespectful and unprofessional
