Plenty of multiple-sized washers; most were clean following a long day. An employee was actively cleaning machines, vacuuming, and restocking between 8-10 pm on Wednesday. 5 Stars for tons of clear signage. Appreciated the extended business hours! The dryers were a bit weird in that you have no choice but to add a minimum amount of quarters ($1.50+) to get them started for a hard 35 minute run. It was a bit stressful to balance the loads to ensure an effective dryer load. Thus a 4 star rating.

Machine ate $1.50 worth of coins, I asked the lady working at the time 8/8/19 to refund my money and was told no, I asked again surprised at her answer and got the same answer, no. Well, message to whoever owns this place, you just lost our families business forever because of your vile mannered employee, and if that employee was the owner, you're downright evil. Oh, and the genderphobic bathroom sign for the women’s bathroom was poor in taste and ethics.

So I had an issue with my dryer and my white towels. I had no stains or anything on my clothes or towels. And if I did I would be using the appropriate machine for them. But I told the boss and was told she can not do anything about it and that she is 100% sure their dryers do not burn things. This is what my towels looked like after I dried them.

So this machine just ate a dollar in quarters. I told the young guy at the front counter and he accused me of lying and then said I was getting pretty worked up over “just a dollar”. I told him the reason I was upset was not because of a dollar but because he accused me of lying and was talking down to me. Sure it’s a tough world out there. but I will not coming here here again. Was I not supposed to say anything to him. I wasn’t even necessarily trying to get my dollar back... no customer service skills in small town USA Today.

Most unfriendly bunch of staff I've ever meet we showed up at 2 minutes to 7 they close at 7 we were just dropping off as soon as the guy seen us coming he hurried up and shut the gates on us the other employees in the back thought it was funny. We told him it wasn't 7 yet and he said well I'm locking the gates.

Great service and hospitality. Cleanest laundry Matt I've ever been to! They take pride in there work and very friendly, also have a massage bed Wich I really enjoy and I believe I've heard they have a tanning bed as well Wich I haven't looked into but imagine is great as well! Well worth the visit.

had an issue with one of the dryers that cost 2.50. Old man white beard had serious attitude problem. He fixed it though. Then I walked away for a moment and the jerk opened the door on my dryer and walked away. I was sitting in my truck watching him. I would like my money back.

My advice is, if you don't like your job then find another. The overweight red head is an a-hole. She looked at me like she wanted to kill me, because I needed her to break a $20. I told her Hi, she said nothing. Told her thank you, she said nothing. What a pathetic individual.

One star docked because prices are pretty steep, esp for large machines ($7.00). Regulars not so bad at $2.75. We're retired and on the road in travel trailer with our little 8 lb "Shorkie." Another star docked for this: they do not allow pets! All I was going to do was sit and read with her (leashed) on my lap but I had to leave (and no outside seating!) and nearly 90 degrees outside. I guess rules are rules and no room for individual decisions in our litigious society. Clean and quiet.

Waaaayyyy too freaking expensive! $2.50 for a bucket sized load, $9 to "upgrade" to an actual load size, no option to charge less for less washing time and drying is another $2.50! Practically robbery. Least they could do is provide detergent for that pricing, but no. It's as expensive as half the load! Laundromats are supposed to help us save money, not rob us!

The place is large , clean and fit even for a city 10 times the size of Dickinson, the only problem is so expensive that it cost me close to 10 dollars for one cycle of medium size laundry and one cycle in the dryer. The place accommodates for large number of oil industry workers that is still booming in the area and no wonder why it's kind of expensive.

Asked nicely if I could buy a bag from here. She said, as soon as we open which was amahour wait in a cold harsh tone made me feel threatened. She could have said no not yet and that would have been better. Hence why I don't like coming here. Piss poor service hosts.

It's a good place. The only problems are; if you dont have cash you have to go somewhere else to pull it out then go back and, In my own experience last night 2 dryers went out after I had loaded it in and spent the money into it. I was able to get enough change back for another dryer but, the extra change I put in there thinking I didnt put enough in I didnt get back. Other then that it is a great place. It has soap for sale there if you forget yours and, has snacks and tv to watch while your waiting.
