I brought in a swade coat, picked it up a week later, took it home and found that it hadn't been touched. It was filthy!! It was as if they just put a plastic bag over it and called it cleaned. I took it back and asked for a refund. They wouldn't give me my money back but said they would clean it AGAIN. I picked it up a few days later and it wasn't satisfactory. I'm outraged, for they should have told me from the beginning that it couldn't been cleaned. I basically wasted $40.00 (it would have been $50.00, but I had a coupon). I'll never bring my cloths there again, neither will all my friends or family!

I think they provide pretty nice service. In 3 years had only one issue with a shirt that was damaged (stuff happens). I called the store brought in the shirt and was immediately taken care of by the staff working the desk and got a call from the owner just a couple hours later to remedy the situation to my complete satisfaction...

Apparently 1 hour only applies if you bring in items before 12. Nothing like a lazy business to make me take mine elsewhere

I've had pretty good service from this place; my clothes have always been ready when it was expected. I have not had to have anything other than clothing drycleaned, so this is the only context for review that I can provide. I like the reserved parking spots in front of the business, which saves you from having yonhaul clothes a far distance, especially if the weather is bad.

First, I bring in karate pants to be simply hemmed and 6 patches sewn on. The gentleman at the counter told me he could not give me a price.I thought it odd, but made a statement. ," well as long as its not 30,or 40 dollars. ". The man assured me it would be 10,- 15,dollars tops. I showed him specifically the order of the patches and which way they needed to be sewn. Just straight down the leg on the side. He pinned the patches I n place. Then after he took the garment and patches to the back, he told me it would be 9 days. I was shocked but accepted it. I should have gone elsewhere. The 10 day it was ready..and 35 dollars. The patches were upside down and not in the right order. For all the trouble, I got 3 dollars off the price. Shaking my head. Warning to everyone. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

It would be tough to find a nicer, local dry cleaner. Very professional and part of the Martinizing chain, this store will make you feel at home. Wendy has been part of the operation for 33+ years and she 'knows her stuff'. If in a pinch, Wendy can get it done - she is part of the 'old guard' and can produce a finished product in an hour. When Jimmy Buffet's band needed their outfits cleaned - this is the place they selected.Professional, friendly and reasonably priced - what more could you ask for?

This is in response to Mathew Vyse, Mr Vyse, I do not know where you might have had cleaning done, but Most all Plants are shut down for running Items by around Noon. They start Early! The general rule applies, in by 9am can generally be out by 5pm. There are NO plants in this area that could/would have been likely to have done what you wanted. Please review based on actual use of the Dry cleaner, not on the inability to perform a miracle. I will not rate this establishment. this program forces me to rate so it gets a 0 not because of bad service but because I will not rate them.

I had a queen-size winter blanket and they did a fantastic job. Smell a so good and they put it in a great bag that zips up and I can just put it in my closet and it's ready for those cold Idaho nights. All for $22 bucks. And everyone was so friendly and pros.

I used 2 different cleaners in Boise over 8 years and had broken and missing buttons on a regular basis. This business has yet to break a single button in a year and a half of 3-4 shirts per week. I think they do a good job, plus the service quick and on time.

I tried to use "One Hour Martinzing" as I needed something cleaning within 3 hours and what was their response? "No". I confirmed that the phrase ONE HOUR was in fact in the company title and she explained that, "Sorry we don't press today". 2 pm on a Wednesday and not working? What are they? Corrupt government officials? Never going there again.
