Did a great job cleaning the smoke smell off of my work clothes after an apartment fire. It was really quick for 6 trash bags of clothes.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Lost my shirt, lied about it, and charged me anyway. They obviously don't need your business. Go elsewhere. Not recommended. Go to Turritos instead.

Absolutely terrible service. My jacket was finally done almost 2 weeks after I took it in, a week later than the date promised. When I went in to finally pick it up I tried to explain to the girl at the desk why I was upset she rudely cut me off and told me I should be happy that I at least have my jacket. I will never be back and neither will my family.
