I've been 8+ times and never had an issue. Friendly, fast, and they seem slightly less expensive than other cleaners. When needing button sewed on or a hew they were able to help as well!

My grandmother goes to this cleaners and has CONTINUOUSLY brought bed bugs into our home. The company claims they don't have them yet the clothes that she brings home inside the cleaner bags have bed bugs on them. It is disgusting. And it is nerve wrecking. We have paid for a heat treatment in our house which costed well over $1000 and I have also contacted BBB. This is terrible and they need to take care of their problem.

Lately almost Every light colored garment has been returned dirty, collar, pants leg, shirt cuff, etc. They ruined new knit shirt that had been worn 1× and instead of simply apologizing, owner blamed me and argued that snags and holes were probably done by me. Definitely WILL NOT BE returning! Lost a loyal customer since 1997.

We had to have nearly our entire wardrobe cleaned after storm/mold/mildew damage. They did and amazing job. Very thorough and conscientious. I have been searching for a dry cleaner I could trust in town after all the “big names” and “chains” have destroyed expensive clothing. I have found my cleaners. I will be going back here from now on!

Very nice staff. However most of my shirts had creases pressed into them so they look bad and are impossible to get out.

This happened a while back but it still annoys me every time i drive past so I decided to leave a review. I was a loyal customer for over 10 years. I asked for extra starch, picked up my clothes on my way to work SMH, no starch at all. Was told next time there would be no charge. LMBO they refused to honor it when I came in. So I paid and asked for extra starch. Literally there was no starch used at all the second time. I was told that next time I come in there will be no charge. Smh. I told the lady, that is exactly what you told me last time. I will never go back here again. Literally paying them for nothing

I am a licensed pest technician/exterminator here in Wilmington NC as well as a loyal return customer, I will vouch and say that in my 6 years using us dry cleaners I have never seen a bed bug I will go further and put my reputation as a pest professional on the line to say that it is not only very unlikely but downright impossible for you to get bedbugs from them due to the fact that bedbugs at all stages of life cannot withstand the heat from the dryer heat is actually the most successful and recommended way to kill bedbugs so Ms k I would have to debunk your review entirely as it's not possible for the said bedbugs to survive the wash process it is much more likely that you yourself has bedbugs and you bring them to the cleaners who then kill them in the dryer and send the clothes back bedbug free...that is until you take them back home and reinfest the clothes with the bugs at your house thank-you have a great day.

I wish I had read the reviews before dropping of my items. I knew they were known for their speed but as I was more concerned with their quality of cleaning I wanted to give them ample time to do their best work. I got distracted with life occurrences and I returned 3-4 weeks after the initial drop off. Even after all that time I arrive to find my clothes in the same exact state. One item still had pervasive makeup stains on the collar and none of the items were pressed. Having prepaid for these services and provided what I thought was more than adequate time to do a good job I was extremely disappointed. Since the cleaner was not currently on-site, I spoke with the cashier and we agreed that I would leave the clothes there for the cleaner to either try again, OR review the items and make notation of the fact he did "the best he could do." I was informed that usually when the cleaner has attempted all that he can do he indicates in the records and there was no note of this for my items. (i suspect this is the case because there was no prior attempt). I inquired about follow up and I was informed that they don't call customers so I was encouraged to call the store in the upcoming days to ascertain the status of my items. I called 2 days later and was told that my clothes were ready and what had been done was the best they could do. I picked up my clothes and was dismayed to find NEW translucent stains on one of my garments. I was informed that this stain was likely caused by soda and that the cleaner did his best to get it but he has no idea how to make it any better without causing holes. The makeup stains on the collar of one of the items is lighter after the "redo" but unfortunately the shirt is completely ruined by the translucent stains. I'm new to the area and I was hoping that I could make this place a dry- cleaning home for my attire seeing as how I anticipate frequent use for my professional clothing. I am not only disappointed with the quality of service but saddened that I have lost a piece of clothing to their carelessness. My recommendation/warning: DO NOT GO HERE! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND IN THE BEST CASE SCENARIO LEAVE YOUR CLOTHES DIRTY. When you attempt hold them to task to actually provide the service you paid for and clean the clothes they are so embittered they set out to destroy an item.
