I have been going here since they open and because of the niceness of the building I delayed on buying s new machine but with the last few trip I will be looking for a new washer and dryer this place sucks yes it nicer then some place but if you want to have to wait M-F for a washer to use cause their employees are using them all n some that’s been finish with tape on the door and before you ask have I mention yes I have I’m currently here now as I type but this will be the last time I have the app it some times don’t work like today n you force to have to use cash when you have money on your app For washing, then when it’s time to fold your clothes you forced to have to fold t the dryer or at home mind you yes they have tables but like I said all their employees are using the area for them with everything they need and the area for customers as well so customers have no place. This place sucks and if you don’t believe me try it out. I’ve waited before responding trying to give a benefit but after many times something needs to be said.

I’ve never been to a laundromat because I’ve never had a need too but with my washer and dryer breaking down only 6 weeks after I bought it I had to find a place to wash. The laundry room is convenient, close to where I live and it’s CLEAN (shocker)! They have a lot of washers and dryers and different sizes for use. They even offer detergent, dryer sheets, candy, a kids area, folding areas, and they even have this cute little app you use to pay for the machines instead of having to tote around quarters ..all around a nice facility. The only issue I’ve been experiencing is THEY CLOSE DOWN EARLY!!! Their hours of operation state that they close at 11 so why are their doors LOCKED AT 9:30!!!! You pull up to a dark parking lot with the open sign shut off but you can clearly see people inside. Once, I pulled up at 9:45 and they acted like it was an issue. I literally just needed to dry a few loads of clothes for 30 minutes ..40 at best. If you want to close early you should change your hours of operation or stop locking the doors. If the issue is that of you not wanting to stay over past 11 due to loads still washing then use your customer service and meet everyone at the door saying that you close at 11 and they may not be able to do all of the loads that they may need. Some people may be washing 5-6 loads but others, like myself, just need to dry 1 or 2.

The staff are as helpful as they can be, the only reason I give them a 2 star. Facility is clean but the pay by app function works almost literally NEVER. If it's the app, they need to get rid of it. If it's them, shame on them. Either way, I am livid that the cost to withdraw money from their ATM is more than it costs to actually do the laundry. I have funds available on the app that I downloaded specifically to use here and it not only forces you to add money in $5 increments, it also does not refund unused portions.

Very cramped. Crowded on a Monday evening. Parked away from door. 7 load washer $9,and stole a quarter. Washer did not get soapy because not enough water to sud up. Clothes did not wash or rinse correctly.Dryers are expensive, costing a quarter for maybe 10 minutes. Aggravating experience and waste of time and money. I'm assuming the high star rating is due to desperation being that was my dilemna. Couldn't find many in my location and the one across the street didn't take quarters. Being exhausted after work. I regret not continuing to put off washing clothes. No problems with attendant however. It's not his fault this place is horrible.

The best spot to do laundry in Charlotte by a mile. I can't stand doing laundry, but with The Laundry Room, I'm in and out within the hour. I was going to sit down to watch TV in their lounge, but my clothes were ready to flip before I got the chance. Will be going back for sure.

I do want to note that I do not trust this company. I saw the bad reviews and many put but I also saw that many of the employees from “ the laundry room” put good reviews to support company that employs them. For every 1 bad review there are 6 good ones to counter them from employees so they’re ratings don’t go down to me personally as a customer makes me not want to trust this company they are liars and inside the people are nice but last wash is 9:30 what’s that about? and I machines smell musty. Do they even clean them? Makes me wonder and I felt many reviewers like myself should know this because if they lie to keep reputation up what wouldn’t they LIE about ? if you notice the first reviews were from the owners themselves . business had like 20 reviews before it even Opened up! Business Partners which is just taking advantage of people trust and making sure bad reviews go away and go unnoticed. The people are on linked it and show where they are employed here And I also noticed when they reply to customers reviews they only interested in a 5 STAR REVIEW! You can tell they all about money and care little for customers regardless what they say. Please for those who care like I do. I had give them a try to see if it was as good say and I came find this out. Not good! I will not be coming here again. Only thing nice was the appearances. Like the color scheme as well. It was busy with no washers open from side delivery business. I also like the couches!

For the first time in several years I don't have my own washer and dryer in my home so I've explored a few laundry options. This is new place, it's well attended and they keep it clean and neat. I go a little out of my way to go there. In a pinch, I did drop off service and they did a great job. They put your folded clothes in a plastic bag to shield them and the folding was a much better job than I would have bothered with on my own. It's also a great price-per-pound for the quick turnaround and not having to deal with the task yourself. It gets a little busy in there, but that's just a testament to it being a good place to wash your clothes.

Have to say... This is one BIG, NEW, CLEAN & BRIGHT Laundromat I’ve ever tried!!! Inside they provide Free WiFi, Snacks & Entertainments. There’s also a nice comfortable “sitting area” for adults and beside it is a “small playing” area for kids. Amazing! Also they have nice separated bathrooms for men and women... They have A lot of spaces here! Parking spaces; folding spaces & walking spaces... I think their Prices are acceptable. Starting from 2 loads for $2.50 all the way to 7 loads for $8.50... And they claim to have a Payment App to save you the hassles of counting coins, which I have not tried... I’ve picked this laundromat to do my quick wash is because of their easy access location. Easy to get on and off, very convenient!

Just got home from The Laundry Room and I am very impressed. It is Sunday evening so it was quite busy, however I did not have to wait but 3 minutes for a washer. There are plenty machines, i just didnt feel like walking all over to find an open one lol a medium sized washer starts at $3.75 I believe and can fit 3 small loads. I used the super sized washer that fit two weeks of clothes, three towels, and a queen sized bed sheet without the machine being full at all. It cost me $9. That's more than what im used to paying, however this is what i got out of it: .Two weeks of laundry done at one time .Due to the bigger machine size, your washing liquid goes further .The Electrolux machines are much better quality so your clothes come out cleaner. I used the quick cycle which only took 21 minutes. The dryers are powerful but gentle and dry counter clockwise as well as clockwise. That means everything is getting dryer, faster. 24 minutes cost me $1.00! There is also an atm there so you dont have to make an extra stop to get change. I see they have an app to pay, but I have not used it yet. I highly recommend going to the Laundry Room. I live about 8 miles north of here and take the bus and the light rail to get there. Its worth it! **No, I am NOT an employee here. This was my first time being here and this my honest review**

I forgot to review this place two weeks ago. I was doing laundry there again - that should tell you that I really enjoyed doing laundry here. Even though I didn't interact with the staff, I could tell that there were some good customer service. Washers are reasonably priced for the amount of clothes and dryers dry pretty well. I'm impressed. We used to have our own washer and dryer at home but we moved to an apartment that does not have any w/d hook up. No big deal. Oh, if you have kids, there's a play area and the Wi-Fi is big for me (I'm in school). Keep up the great work and I appreciate y'all keeping the facility clean.
