2nd update:. Manager contacted me today and told me the refund would be mailed. Update. Manager sent me an email and said I could come by for a refund. I'm an out of town customer so I told him to mail it or send a PayPal. I'm waiting for a response. Put my money in one of the washers and it did not work. Of course they do not have a phone number to call to register complaints. They do have an email posted on the bulletin board, so I informed the manager of what happened via that email. I waited 36 hours and got no response. Beware

30% of the machines are out of service. Washers that did work did ok. The dryers were a rip off. High heat is barely warm so it takes forever to dry. $$$ Place is pretty beat. However... it is open 24 hours so in a jamb it works.

This place saved my sanity last winter. Our kindergartener got twice infected with lice from school and this place's wash/dry/fold guy took all the van could handle and lovingly folded everything, bagged it, took as good or better care than I do at home on all of it and was kind, fast and very accommodating.

Good machines, not crowded, great manager who likes to sing and really gets into it. Pretty good too. Great experience, definitely recommend it.

This place is way to small for a laundromat. Also way over priced L i spent $40 doing laundry when i could do the same amount plus more at my old laundtomat for $20max. Driers are not very effective so that you spend more money than you should.

Way too small. An employee and her boyfriend were arguing during my time there. There are only two working mobile carts and they were using them both. Forget a good experience. I was wanting to get out as soon as possible. Half the dryers don’t work. The parking lot is at an angle and there is no easy route to the washer and dryers. There was an empty liquor bottle in the corner in front of the door. That’s about par for the experience.

Just to clarify - laundromat is open from 6am - 11am, wash-dry-fold service is what is closed on Sundays.

Definitely would recommend this place. The machines worked really well, they had a change machine and vending machine, and the staff was great. There was this super awesome manager who had AWESOME taste in music and he was willing to answer any and all of my questions. There was a donut place next door which was also convenient for waiting. The only problem was their lack of pie. Sammy and I would still recommend it.

When I went to this laundromat they weren't even open. It was an hour after the sign and their website said they'd be open, but the place was dark. How do you run a business and not even open your doors? What a waste of time.

Update: While I was there, a serviceman fixed the two dryers, so all of them were working. The floors and machines were cleaned as I waited. The staff was friendly and helpful. This is still worth my 25 minute drive. Below is from 4 years ago: By far the cleanest, and also consistently has the highest percent of machines working. It has two rows of Large and XLarge front-loaders and 2 rows of standard sized top loaders. It has so many dryers that I usually split my large loads in half each running for 1/2 the time (same cost to me, but I get out faster). I like this enough that I go here rather than 3 others that are closer to where I live.

Our drier burned out while getting son ready for a big camp out. We found this to be the nearest location to us. Son and I took loads of damp clothes here not knowing what we'd find. OK its not pretty, but it was clean, and the attendant was very nice and very helpful. We had dry clothes in no time. Large dryers work pretty quickly. I'd recommend this to anyone needing fairly basic, but friendly, accommodating service.

Dirty place that feels more like a hole in the wall. Nice that it’s 24 hours. Bathroom was locked on Sunday. Definitely a cash cow for the owner.

They started locking the bathroom after 6pm...sadly because they can't tell the difference between toothpaste and giz on the wall...it was just TOOTHPASTE :/ shheesh now every one suffers for no reason and there is no place to change clothes after washing them.

DON'T Come here on the weekend or when there isn't an attendant here. There 3/4 times there will be no change, and the surrounding businesses will refuse to give you change bc of course it's not their fault that you are trying to wash and don't have any change. Don't use their vending machine bc it will take your money I return for nothing. Also, be prepared to dry your clothes with at least $2 to $2.50/dryer which can be from $4 to $8 per load.

Clean, safe and not overly crowded. Had some coffee at the donut shop next door which was a nice addition to my experience. I would have liked the place better with WIFI, but I am very pleased. With that being said, I changed my review from 4 to 3 stars as they are only open 9am-3pm on Saturday and closed on Sunday, so it is inconvenient for me and most people I know who need to wait until the weekend to get household chores done.

I love this place.its very clean and dawn is very great at her job she takes pride into what she does here. I recently moved from Washington d.c. and i wouldnt go nowhere else to wash my clothes.thank you south hills laundry for being clean nice and having a good environment. DEFINITELY 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Defeats the purpose of being 24 hours. I like to wash my clothes after dark to avoid people. Well the homeless people took over. There's 4 of them. And they smoke in there. It's mad awkward. They were hanging out by the washer I was using when I pulled up. It got real quiet when I entered. I have no problem with the place at all except the homeless people. I would suggest closing at 10. I'm going to start using the drop off service since I don't have time during the day to do my clothes myself; Although it crushes my ego to have someone else do them.

More machines out of service than not. Dryers take endless quarters to get clothes dry, I ended up taking stuff home damp rather than spend more time and money. Last but certainly not least... I accidentally put my stuff in an out of order washer - the ooo signs were tiny and looked just like other signs saying other things so I did this more than once even, and I am not a person lacking in attention to detail. Anyway, I engaged the latch and then noticed the sign. Did not put money in or start the machine, but 3 strong men each tried to get it open and couldn't. I left 13 voicemails, several texts, and an email for the proprietor over the next several hours begging for assistance all to no avail. Went home in tears and luckily my very bright husband went back and figured out to press and hold the Extract button, causing the door to pop open. I have zero respect for a business owner that couldn't be bothered to contact me remotely to tell me to do that, it would've been so easy. Of course, the machine should've been bolted closed and the ooo sign should've been more prominent. Going to the laundromat sucks bad enough without having to deal with that.

My dryer died and this place is close. However, The machines never work properly. I’ve had my money take 3 times now because the heat doesn’t work in the dryers and I always leave with damp clothes. The last time I left with completely wet clothes bc the heat was completely out. It doesn’t matter what dryer you try, they all seem to be broken. Don’t waste your time. I certainly wont be anymore.
