I went in the cleaners on a friday afternoon, frantic bc I was getting married the next day and my dress had JUST been received, due to a sizing issue. I blew in Regency and asked if they could steam it to get the copious wrinkles out, and though they were obviously busy, they dropped what they were doing and made it happen for me, even going so far as to have it done well before the appointed return time, so that I didnt have to drive all the way back from oxford to pick up. Price was fair, I looked amazing and I'd recommend these guys any day just for the customer service alone!Thsnks Regency!!!

Air conditioned and ceiling fans. All machines in working order (33) except 2 and plenty of dryers (18) all working as well. No matter the size of your load they can accommodate it. I laundered quilts, comforters and bed spreads (4) in one washer and had room for more. This place is a great find for a middle of the day (Friday early afternoon) just got to do it at the laundromat kind of load.

Every Sunday the guy Open's up late! The place opens at 7am get to work on time...Don't ask for nothing if he sleep..you get all attitude like you're bothering him

I took Two shirts and two pairs of pants in there to have dry-cleaning pressed starched and when I left with them I didn’t notice a Burn in them this was Friday so I took them back and now today Monday they’re trying to say I burnt my own clothes why would I burn my only Good clothes that I have and they trying to say there was no plastic around it after I told him if I Burnt my own clothes it would be Through the plastic to So they try to tell me there was no plastic on there but lo and behold I took pictures of them before I took him back showing through the plastic where I took a picture

I drive by three other dry cleaners to go to the Regency. That young fellow at the counter yesterday who told my 7 year old daughter that dry cleaning was done by a special species of tiny fish that eat all the dirt off the clothes - that man is a champion. That's customer SERVICE. That's being part of the community that I love and cherish. Yes, they do the dry cleaning right. They treat the clothes with respect. But they also treat their customers with love, and that is why I take my dry cleaning nowhere else.

I'm writing this primarily because I'm puzzled at the negative reviews. Simply…every employee I've encountered there over the past few years has been courteous and pleasant. I take dry-cleaning there…never something wrong…they email when the stuff's ready and I've used the larger machines for washing quilts. Again…no problems. Sure…I'd love to be able to get cappuccino served by scantily-dressed attendants but…it's dry cleaning, right?

Trip #1 Took my suit and shirts here to be cleaned. The shirts don’t look like they were even touched. The sleeves inside of the suit jacket are sipped but I recently tailored it so attributed it to that. Suits looked OK Trip #2 Suits only on this visit. The entire bottom part of the suit jacket liner is completely ripped and separated. Have tried calling and have received no response. Don’t take anything here unless you’re ok with it being destroyed!

White Star Dry Cleaners completely ruined my husbands Christmas present (button down dress shirt) that he wore once. I spoke to Emily the manager and she was incredibly rude and dismissive. She told me she would speak to the owner but didn't get back to me. They refused to acknowledge me and they refused to do anything about fixing the shirt. I have previously experienced torn arm sleeves as well as broken buttons and not once have they done anything to resolve the problem. Save yourself the hassle and find a nice dry cleaners who take pride in what they do. I wish I had.

These people don't care about serving the community. The place is always dirty, the washrooms never have soap or towels, and the machines are always broken. Tonight I arrived to do laundry at 7:47 and the attendant wouldn't let me wash even though it says "Last Wash at 8:00pm" on the front window.
