This is my favorite laundromat down here in CLT, I'm from Brooklyn NY and This Store is the most Amazing, Clean, Safe & Well maintained Laundry. Every week I used their 90 pounds washer and let me tell you, I'm in and out with a family of 5 laundry in less then 2 hrs. Thank you!!!!

Cleaning my laundry was as expected. All the machines were working, my clothes all came out clean, and the only thing I noticed is that I started two washers at the exact same time end one ended nearly 5 minutes sooner than the other. They gave signs saying they don't reduce wash times on any of the machines to save money at the cost of my laundry's cleanliness but this had me suspicious of that. From purely a laundry point of view it was a great experience. Plenty of baskets around too. When I was waiting for the loads to finish things got a lot worse. None of the seating has any electrical outlets near them and the free wifi they advertise on the door is just the bad TWC wifi that is really slow and boots you off after only an hour (not long enough for the average laundry visit, let alone the larger ones I had that day) So I couldn't just plug my phone or laptop and browse the Internet or anything while I was waiting for my laundry to Finish like I was expecting to be able to. They did have a TV but it didn't have anything interesting on, I don't even think it was in English. It was incredibly boring waiting for my laundry. This was the only laundromat I've ever been to, and so far I've been twice, and I still plan on coming back next time I need so it gets a solid 'good enough' from me. I did think it was odd also that there was no employees to be found anywhere. One of the recent reviews said there is always one there but there definitely wasn't anyone there when I was there Sunday around noon time.

It says that they close at 11 I took a Uber here and now I’m sitting outside in the rain because they refuse to open the doors the place is clean but to refuse service to someone that comes every week is the worst thing ever I will not be coming back they will not get no more my service worst experience ever

Nice facility with plenty of washer/dryers available. I love the fact that there are some large units for washing comforters and other large articles of laundry. I'd give this place 5 stars, but the bathrooms need a lot of work and need to be better stocked with soap, paper towels, etc.

I have no idea the price of average laundromats but almost $5 a load was a lot, plus 25 cents per 7 minutes for the dryer. I was in sticker shock but I was also super glad to have a place to wash all our laundry in just 6 large loads and only took 2 hours. Place is pretty clean.

There is no attendant on location, but the property manager is on call and lives lessthan 10 minutes away. The facility is clean and easy enough to use.

Always clean with a staff member on hand to help. They have a 90 lb machine, a 75 lb machine, two 60 pound machines, and tons of smaller machines. I usually go when I need to wash big stuff like bedspreads and blankets and these machines do a great job of cleaning items. It’s very well lit and safe. Highly recommend.

They have really good hours 7am-11pm 7 days a week. It is very clean, alot or washers and dryers and a wide array of sizes and prices to fit just about everyones needs.

I went to this place for the first time..I live right up the road and it's so convenient. This facility was very very clean my laundry was washed and dried in under 1 hr I am very satisfied with the service. The free wi-fi is also a plus. I will definitely be coming here as long as I am on this side of Charlotte. Only downside was that it closes at 11 I understand that it may get a little crazy at night or could get that way but 6 am to 11 pm is good enough for me cause I can come after work. Great Job! :)

This is a sad excuse for a business establishment. There is literally no attendant at this very moment on site. One of there machines is not working properly. It refuses to turn off so we cannot open it to retrieve our belongings. The machines are all nasty since there is no one here to maintain them, as well as soap in the floors which is a major slip hazard! We will be contacting the owner of this severely poor establishment and filing a BBB complaint as well as possibly seeking a lawsuit with Small Claims Court.

i live less than a mile up the road from this laundromat and figured id check it out to do my laundry. upon entering the facility it seemed to be very clean and acomidable, i decided this was the place to do said laundry soicontinued to find the quarter machine. there is a sign saying customers only. being that i planned to do my laundry here i considered myself a customer. upon trying to leave to go get my clothes the owner decided to confront me very rudely asking me where are my clothes and didnt i see the sings. of course i did i told him and he continued to go on on how hes heard it all and that he copied my liscence plate and threatened to called the cops. needless to say i will never give this buisness any of my money and i warn those who want to venture in. although it is 'clean' on the inside the owner is as dirty as sin.

Expensive place and poor parking lot. Although, I had enough money, so that's why it's about ok for me, but not really. Realistic, everything looks good within it. Although, it said I need 2 dollars but total washer and dryer. But, not very good because I had to choose the least money washer and dryer pair. Also, the parking lot needs work.

Very clean ... there are several washers/dryers. There is plenty of space for folding. They have a 90lb washer and a 75lb washer. These are great for large families. The place is very well lit. Would recommend.

Came here for the first time today to do my laundry and I am overall very pleased. This laundromat was very clean and the enviornment was comfortable to wait in while my clothes washed. Had no problems with the WiFi and the laundromat was plenty cool even though it was very hot outside. I was also happy to see the attendant ensuring things were clean and tidy during my time there. Deffinatly will be coming back again to do my laundry here.

Lots of front loading washers. 25lb, 35lb 45lb...up to 90lb washers. Very, very clean with 2 TVs, snack machines, pool table and video games. As of 2014 dryers are .25 for 7 minutes. Busy on weekends and evenings. Best time to go is early AM on weekdays. There are a number of surveillance video cameras that monitor the property. Recommended. :)

Wow an Amazing Laudromat. Super clean. They have security cameras and an ATM machine and the wifi is unlimited. Washers are huge. Two weeks worth of laundry for a family of 5 and I only needed to use their two biggest machines and I was done in less than 2 hours. Thank you! I found my laundromat!

I have tried multiple laundromats in Charlotte, and this is by far the best. There is always someone on staff cleaning up or available for assistance. The washing machines take 30 minutes per cycle and get everything nice and clean without any detergent marks. Even when you go during peak times, there is always a free washer and dryers clear out quick!
