Very friendly. Know my name and greet me at arrival. Have my shirts pulled up on turnstiles as I walk in. Love that I’m emailed when clothes are ready for pickup. Email includes my amount due so I can be ready or send my child in with correct amount. Prompt service. Friendly staff.

I think Medlin Davis Dry Cleaners is the best. I had problems with my last dry cleaners but have used Medlin consistently for about 3 years now. They are so cordial, helpful, do such a good job! They have extra services that I love and little discounts along the way. I am close to 60 years old now and I think that Medlin has been the best in all my years, And I don't personally know anyone who works there. Thanks, Medlin!

I have used Medlin Davis for about 4 years. I think they are a little bit expensive but I have been pleased with their service. When they make mistakes or there are issues, they work hard to correct the mistake or make it right. I do think they spend a lot of time focused on customer satisfaction.

Medlin-Davis on Kildaire Farm at Penny Road has been our Dry Cleaners since 1995 or so. They’ve always taken good care of our clothes & in the truly rare case when there is a problem they solve it easily for the customer. Highly recommend them!

I took my items there one time and my vintage blazer was destroyed. All the colors bled. Afterwards I noticed a small tag inside the blazer that said to hand wash cold only. I wished I had noticed sooner, or the person cleaning the item had noticed. They were nice and professional about it, and paid for the item to be replaced. Unfortunately since the item was vintage, I can't exactly find the same one. I might try them again with an item I know can be dry cleaned.

Quick service and quality cleaning. One area of opportunity would be the sleeves of my dress shirts weren’t creased sharply. The last cleaner I used had super sharp creases, but left my slacks with a ton of static. Merlin-Davis did a much better job with my slacks.
