Rosa is Great- Friendly - and keeps the laundry-mat Clean/ and Bathroom....BUT........... I'm having an issue with getting my money returned from the home office in Danville, VA. It has been 3 months of me calling and being lied to. I've been told twice that my check was mailed and returned to the office, from an address I have lived at for over 5years. And, OLIVIA cant tell me why it has been returned!!! I still haven't received my money back - it's like they give you the run around hoping that you just give up, BUT I'm NOT _ I want the money that I LOST in the dryers!!!!! I was told that I would get a refund, AND I want it....point blank period!!!

Great place that is clean! Never have any issues when i go. Their dryers are priced very well and dry great. I usually dry 3 loads for less than 4 bucks! I cannot speak on their washers as I use my own and just bring clothes to dry but the attendant seems to always be attentive and aware of whats going on. Will cintinue to go there until I can afford a dryer.

This place was nice and clean!!! The ladies who were there at the time I was using the services were AMAZING and provided true customer service!! Also, they were constantly and consistently ensuring the place was clean! I HIGHLY recommend this place and will DEFINITELY continue using this place!

2 washing machines that did not catch water, the other one began to throw water, after that another problem the dryer did not work another broken machine ... per return money is a long process and it's not worth it ... the staff is very friendly but the machine has no maintenance used to go to wash here but lately that business alone makes you lose time and money will not return

I had to extend my stay in Durham unexpectedly and ran low on clothing. Laundry Land was between my hotel and the hospital. I really dreaded going to a laundromat; my previous experiences with them ranged from mildly disturbing to outright nauseating. I was pleasantly surprised to find that everything in this laundromat was clean, including the tops of the washers and inside the dryers. The lady who was working at that time checked to see if I needed anything, then cycled between helping others and sweeping the floor. Although I saw "out of order" signs on a few of the machines, the machines I used worked perfectly. If you find yourself in a similar situation, I recommend giving Laundry Land a shot.
