My husband is a patient at Duke Hospital and I was trying to find a clean, safe place in an unfamiliar town to do some laundry. The facility was clean and the manager was very nice and helpful. I will definitely be back.

Due to complications with my home dryer, I had my first time utilizing this laundromat off MLK Parkway. I love you can purchase a refillable laundry card for their dryers. The place was extremely clean and the dryers and washing machines are extra large and plentiful for their clientele. I definitely will return and take advantage of this facility.

Clean facilities, lots of machines and friendly staff. 3 different sizes for washers so you can do a small load for $2.75 or a heavy for a little over $5. Driers give you 24 mins per dollar, and are very efficient. Kevin (staff) was very friendly and helpful when I needed assistance.

Pretty clean facility, kind people, GREAT staff! Was my first visit today at Durham Cleaners & as I walked up on a Sunday looking in the cleaners side one of the staff helped immediately, letting me know that side was closed, but could help me on the other side. Lamont one of the staff was very helpful & accommodating! He made my first trip stress free and easy to get everything washed & dried pretty quickly. I used the bigger washers & the cost was pretty reasonable. Plenty of washers & dryers even though it was the busiest part of the day, so that was a plus! Not any waiting really, maybe 5 minutes while you get your things together by then washer or dryers free. Definitely would go back or/& refer this laundromat over most of the others I looked up in Durham & all of the handful I rode by before going to this one, felt safe. I walked the area for exercise while waiting, a plus! Thank you!

It was clean and quiet. From what I could see everything worked. I used the regular sized washers and the dryers. The dryers on high for 2 times dried my clothes enough. Anything still damp once we got home we just hung anyway because I it was a bit pricey there. I feel like the price was $3 to wash and $2 to dry 1 load but please don't quote me. This was not a normal thing for me; or washer and dryer was out of commission but this worked. People were friendly and I felt safe even past 8 or 9 at night as that was when re realized or washer was down. There are arcades, tables, chairs, and WiFi inside. It reminded me of college again.

Went in for first time to wash a large bedding item and the owner was so helpful and friendly. Very clean inside, plenty of machines and overall a great experience!!!

Wonderful experience. Something was wrong with my washer. I let the person know about it. He waited until the load was finished and he let me wash my set of clothes free. Very helpful and patient because I had questions .Very clean place

This laundromat uses cards not quarters. And the machine that tops up your card only accepts exact bills. When I asked about a refund on the extra on my card, the attendant said no. So you end up losing some money kept on the card. I did 4 different washers and on 4 I chose hot wash and one was cold wash. I sat close to my machines and approached just as it was about to finish and when I opened the door it was cold. I instantly knew the machines never washed with hot water. But when you open the door the programming defaults to the cold setting so I showed the attendant before I opened the door to the other washes that I selected hot. When I told him that’s not what the machine did, he only said “well didn’t it get it clean?” I think this laundromat is dishonest and they don’t care.

I've been a customer for a year and a half. Very satisfied with the facility it's clean and there's never a wait I'm always finished in a hour every weekend. I love how you can put $ on a card to do your laundry it's like a debit card it's awesome I love it treat the laundry card like it's a debit card don't lose it it's your debit card with your $. I love Durham laundromat they're magnificent.

I believe the best place to get your clothing washed. They use a card to pay the machine, which leaves out the hassle of grabbing handful of quarters. They have a nice arcade and a dry cleaners right next door at the convenience. The price to wash clothes is better than other places and the shop is well kept.

Oh My Goodness!!! This place is the best of the best. Very clean, very nice attendant, convenient stack and beverage machines, next door to Pizza Store that sells by the slices. Oh Yeah, the Dryers and washers are fabulous. :)

Laundramat was very dirty. Looked as if it hadn't been swept all day with attendant sitting in office with head phones on. Usually a fairly clean establishment. If I was owner and walked in a saw this mess attendant would be looking for a new job!!

I don't ask for a lot, BUT WHEN IT COMES TO MY DRESS SHIRTS, IT'S VERY CLEAR: HEAVY STARCH, SLEEVES CREASED.... WELL, THEY SCREWED IT UP, AND IT WAS ON THE RECEIPT, " HEAVY STARCH, SLEEVES CREASED" HAD TO WAIT 15 MINUTES FOR THEM TO REDO MY DRESS SHIRTS, EVEN OVERHEARD AN EMPLOYER COMPLAINING LIKE I DIDN'T INITIALLY REQUEST IT.... OH WELL, IT'S ANOTHER CLEANERS RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET....BYE

I like this laundromat because as most of the customers mentioned, the machines are very cleaned and they don't't require people to use a lot of coins which is annoying sometime, so it's better for me to use the card only instead of using coins, and also, the dryers machines dry perfectly the clothes after being washed. I thank the owner of that place and the employees who give sufficient services to the customers in needs. May God bless you abundantly in the Mighty name of Jesus Christ and I love all of you.

Figure out a slow time, very busy and parking lot fills up. NO HOT WATER when I was there so pressing "warm" or "hot" doesn't matter, may as well choose cold. Very nice and helpful attendant. Quirky payment cards, annoying. Lights out on dryers makes you think their broken.

A Very reasonable and clean laundry facility. I wash my large comforters in machines here and they come out nice and clean. I have my coats dry cleaned here every spring to put away for the summer, the customer service is professional and my coats always come back good condition.

Not much to say you spent $15 to get your clothes washed and the floors were dirty and trash on it but I guess that's what's to be expected when managers don't do the job

The laundromat side is very clean and the machines seem to be well maintained. This was my first time in a laundromat in years since my dryer died. The only reason I give it a higher rating is the machines are card operated and not coin operated. You first have to purchase a money card for $1. To me that makes sense because the company has to cover costs. Then you load the card with money. I only had to dry clothes so I only added $3.00, assuming that would be enough. That much got me six minutes of drying time for high temperature. I decided to dry my clothing somewhere else. I'm not complaining about the process, but I want to share my experience. You may not go through the same thing.

I love coming here. The machines are clean, plenty of parking and inexpensive. Be warned, you do have to get a laundry card which costs $1 and after that you can refill it. For every $20 added to the card you get $1 free which is a cool incentive. I regularly do 2-3 loads and dry for about 30mins and I end up spending $13-16. So not too bad. It really does depend on how much clothes you have and how thick is it and how long itll take to dry. Our towels normally take 40 mins but all of our sheets and clothes 30 mins.

I had been going to this laundromat for 4 years and had not been so disrespected. An old man working there is so rude and does NOT have manners at all. I went to the video game area with my son and he rudely told me get off of it and sit somewhere else. Did not say please or in any mannered way. I had never had this problem with any of the other staff at all.
