Being employed at crothalls has been challenging. The employees are great, personable and helpful. Upper mngment impersonal, high expectations, low wages and positive encouragement is not to be heard. I was grateful for the job while incarcerated. I witnessed favortism, hostile enviornment, and unaddressed sexual advances to minority. Again the positive was the bond among the employees.

Very unprofessional driver of tractor trailer. A commercial driver's license must not be very important to this company. This driver passed vehicles in a center turn lane in a school zone! Hello! That is an intentional stupid move. And probably with no repercussions to the driver. Being in a professional commercial driving capacity myself I doubt large corporations give a darn about their drivers until some innocent person loses a life because of an intentional unprofessional decision.

Just called to ask about there services, a woman answered the phone, quickly said they are not a laundry service and hung up on me??... If they are not a laundry service why advertise they are and if you don’t want people contact you, you should remove also your contact number.

Nice place to work for peope with no skills. 2 times for 30 mins for break n lunch. However u have to stay at the same play all day long . no position switch or rotation.

Crothall does not treat their employees well and pay is minimum at best for what you deal with. Overall, I would not work here. Also, the GM, Johnny Guyton, will fire you any chance he gets even if you bring a doctor's note. Do not work here.

I needed to wear my suit for a wedding last week and on the day before the wedding, I realized that it needed cleaning and proper pressing. I immediately took it to this place and told them I needed it the next morning. In the afternoon of the same day, they texted me to say it was already done. Great service.
