There's an old saying, you get what you pay for. I asked for light starch in my shirts. The foreign worker wrote it down. My shirts were limp upon pick up. Will go back to the more expensive quality cleaner.

Closes at 6, not 7. How are you supposed to pick your stuff up if you work? Edit: I came in Monday (17th) at 6pm-ish and it was closed and locked. I'm still going to change my rating because when I came in today the guy working was so polite about it and I realized I was being overly harsh yesterday.

Have had two incidents since the new ownership....lost a tuxedo which was eventually found after the event I wanted it for. Lost a pair of summer shorts recently and the owner, Doug, delayed and delayed about compensating me for the loss. Not worth the hassle to pursue further. Combine these with the increased pricing and I’ll find another cleaners. They lost $25/week in my business.

I was always very pleased with this dry cleaners, but recently they must have fired or let go of their entire wonderful team that had been working there for years, and the service has not been the same. The group of women that was working there before were efficient and conscientious, and the new team is definitely not up to par. My clothes have not been ready the next day as promised, and my visits take much longer as the new employees do not have the years of experience the old team had. Had I written this review two years ago, it would have been 5 stars. Once I dropped a shirt in the parking lot on the way in and the women there recognized it as mine and saved it for me. That wouldn’t happen now. If the old group of employees were working at a different dry cleaners, I would absolutely follow them. As it is, I think I will be trying one of the other area dry cleaners.

I am so pleased with the cleaning of my two old favorite cashmere sweaters ! -- no travel -wear, no cat hair, no pills, fresh and respectable ! The price was reasonable for the excellent service. Thank You ! (I am a guest for several months at Fearrington and could not be more confident.)
