I took 2 loads of laundry to dry and was stopped before I could put them in the dryer. The owner told me I dry too much and need to use the washers because the dryers are for washing customers only. I explained that my dryer was broken and I am expecting a new one this weekend. Could I just dry the two loads I had. He said, "No. Sorry" and walked away. There was no one else in the laundry mat!

I took my expensive block print dress to be dry cleaned. They told me it would cost extra because of a stain. I went back 2 days after they said it would be ready and it was not. They told me to return in a few days. I returned, paid the extra fee, picked the dress then realized when I got home that the dress still had stains and part of what they had cleaned had bled through to other parts of my dress. I took it right back so they could finish cleaning it and the owner said that was the best he could do. I tried to show him the stains and reminded him he charged me extra to clean the dress and he had some missed spots. I told him I just needed him to provide the service I paid for and he said he couldn't get it any cleaner. So i asked him for SOME of my money back since he didn't deliver and if he was unable to clean it, he should've told me that when I dropped it off or when I went at the first appointed time to pick it up. Instead, he said no and shut the door in my face. What poor service and response! As comfortable as he was doing that, I concluded he must've done this a few times. I would NEVER recommend them. Find another dry cleaner for your laundry services, do NOT use them as your outfit may be ruined and the service is seriously lacking.

Horrible accommodations. Washers, dryers broken. Only a few working ones and even at that your load may or may not completely wash before breaking down. Dryers take entirely too long with only a few items in them. 0 STARS

No air conditioning! The fan has been broken since May!! In this crazy heat it's harmful to some people and children! Most of the machines are broken!! Poor service. Dirty floors. Machines are dirty.

Average service. A little be more expensive than other places around the city; the days of my visit I was greeted kindly and the girl at the front was courteous. I am satisfied with the services provided however will probably not make it my home cleaners.

Place is always dirty, in two years I have never seen more than half the washers and dryers working. Maybe 2 washers aren't covered in mold. The owner will stand and wait for clothes to finish washing then remove your clothes and take the washer unless you are standing there to stop him. Really uncomfortable place to do laundry. Definitely recommend driving if you have to just to avoid this place.

Poor service, most of the machines are broken including the detergent dispensers, dirty floors walls and machines. I'm never going back.
