I normally take my clothes to Clayton Village cleaners but since this place was closer to my house I figured I would give it a shot I gave them the same amount of clothes I would give the other place and be charged only $50 when I went to pick my clothes up today I was dumbfounded because the lady said I owed her 200+ dollars for my clothes to be washed and folded I am still in awww and don't know what to think about the situation I feel like I have been taking advantage of and ripped off that's nearly 5 dollars a pound for wash and fold when all surrounding laundry cleaners are only charging $.99 to $1.50 a pound I would advise no one to use their services

Worse cleaners I have ever used. First time I used them, my white dress shirt came back with small black dots on it. I took the shirt back. They said they would clean it again, no charge. When I picked up the same white shirt it now has brown rust stains on it. Clearly they do not clean their equipment enough. You would think that if a customer returned a white shirt you stained, you would closely look over the shirt again, before the customer picked up the shirt a second time. Also, twice, in two weeks, I tried to pick up my white shirt during store hours (M-F until 7pm) and they were closed both times. The first time, their sign said they would be back at 3:20pm. I waited out front until 3:30pm. The lights were on. I knocked on the door as loud as I dare and still no one came. The second time, their sign said they would be back at 6:20pm. I waited until 6:25pm and with few of the store's lights on, I left. I do not recommend this dry cleaner. They stained my white shirt and they do not keep the hours they have posted.
