This is a decent enough place to wash clothes, prices are about average. The downside is that when you're there it is really easy to get bored. No wifi, no arcade games or TVs like some of the others have, and for some reason there are security cameras watching every inch inside.

Clean and organized place with excellent management. I was greeted and helped by Kate. This place is set up with much thought. Everything from recycling bins for everything to quality machines that get the job done right and quickly. Had a chance to visit a year later now and received the same stellar service. In fact, they even came and picked up laundry and dropped it off!

This has to be the best laundry service I have ever used. Judy - I think- has to be the sweetest and was incredibly helpful. We had a Emergancy cleaning situation and she was so so helpful. The machines were easy to use. The coin change machine worked perfectly and I would totally be back in a heartbeat.

Not too expensive. All of the machines work. Open 24 hours. Has a restroom. In a low traffic strip mall, not sketchy like some laundromats.

Came here the other day to wash some transportation covers that we couldn't wash at home , front loaders are the best. This was the first time I had ever officially been to a Laundry mat to wash something it has a nice setup , very well lit and safe , has security cameras to help discourage any troublemakers. There is also a restroom and a coin exchange machine on site as well as an attendant to do the Laundry if you need to drop it off and go elsewhere. Like others have stated it is pricey but worth it if needed. Plus there is pizza next door which is a nice bonus while waiting for the Laundry to be done.

Always clean, the attendees are always nice, but the laundry service they provide keeps the machines always full and some days hardly enough machines are available for the general public. Additional machines on the other side just for the laundry service could be helpful.

The lady who owns it is really kind. The electrical outlets are really loose unfortunately. Also there is free wifi that the building has access to.

Do not recommend leaving your laundry at this business. While on vacation in Black Mountain, the weather kept getting cooler and all of our warmest clothes were dirty. So we dropped our laundry to be washed and picked it up as we were headed out of town. Drove to another town an hour away and realized the next morning that some significant items were missing. Drove back 2 hours round trip to pick the clothes up. Had to wait 4 hours for the attendant to arrive since it was Sunday and they don't open until 2. When we explained what happened ....we were told that the clothes werent there. The attendant instantly got defensive, and insisted it was impossible that the laundry mat employees had made a mistake. Another employee suggested that we misplaced them, or never brought the missing items on vacation in the first place. (We have pictures of us hiking in the clothes while on vacation). So, a bit frustrating to lose a vacation day, drive out of our way, lose our fav warm clothes, and be treated rudely. So we were left standing in the parking lot with snow flurries hitting our faces wondering who scored our winter clothes. This was my first experience dropping off laundry, but seriously, even if you count, document, and photograph each item....If the clothes are mistakening put in another persons bag, mislabeled, taken by a dishonest employee, or any of the many things that could happen, you areby getting your clothes back. Photos or not. This was a very expensive lesson.

Basically the only 24 hour coin laundry that's *actually* open 24 hours, within a great distance. Generally clean, VERY reasonably priced laundry service, decently inexpensive machines. Also they actually have a change machine, which is kind of a rarity around here (?) for some reason? Generally clean, but at one point had visible fleas on their cloth chairs - dealt with promptly, and I understand it's not their fault, but it was still gross and left an impression on me. Can't speak to how it is during the day, but it's a *very* comfortable place to do laundry at night.

Been using this laundry mat for 4 years now. From single, to married. This place has always remained clean, affordable, and friendly. And with busy, complicated schedules 24 hour operation is a plus. Also it's nice to know if needed, there is drop off service as well.

Horrible! I've been going for about two months now and in the last two months the place went from good to awful. Constantly dirty, bathrooms are constantly locked and half the machines are constantly broken. About two weeks after I started to go to the new location the "cheap" machines prices jumped from $2 to $2.75 and are constantly broken. Dirt all over the floor and trash strewn about. The sad part is when they first opened it was nice and clean and everything was in working order and it was a pleasure to do laundry there.

I didn't use the service there but had dinner at the nearby cafe. Stopped in to say hello only and spoke to a lovely lady who shared some time talking about the town with me. If I lived in the area I would definitely do business there.

I have recently come back here. The attendant today is a bit compulsive so o suggest that you guard your things if they are on counter. He tried to throw away the two magazines I had for readying while washing. My back was turned so like I said watch out for him.

In past years when spending time in this area - Montreat Conference Center - we take a half a day to do laundry here. Those times have always been fine with clean facilities and even laundry drop-off service. This year they have begun a pick-up service, so for those of us without a car, they will come and get your clothes at Montreat Conference Center's Assembly Inn. Put as much as you can into the bag, text or call to let them know there is a pick-up, drop it at the front desk by 8:00 am and for $14.45 +tip (cash only) the clothes are back to you by 4:00 pm. The clothes were clean, folded, and back to us by the promised time. Yes, a wee bit lazy, but if you are pressed for time or are without transportation from Montreat, such a great service.
