A machine with my clothes got stuck on rinse and no attendant. I left a note and voice mail on a number I got online, packed my other items and left. I just returned to the business which is 6 hours later and my laundry is still spinning in that machine and no return calls or attendant. I don't know when or if I'll get my stuff. They don't seem to care. Update: All business's take note. Even though no one contacted me until the next morning things happen beyond our control. It wasn't an inconvenience and I was pleased by the effort to resolve the situation. This is proof of how important customer service and communication is in business. I now gladly change my review to 4 stars.

Honestly, I have never done laundry here. The reason is because as soon as I walked in, all i could see was trash all over the floor, throughout the whole building. Like....this is a place you come to CLEAN things. I didn't get much confidence that the machines in this place would clean my clothes based off of how this place appears to be managed. The machines i DID look at, seemed as if they were falling apart or maybe they are very... very old. Maybe they work perfectly fine.

Big laundry mat alwaus enuff washers and dryers but it does get busy and expect a refund if a machine malfunctions and takes your money because I have been waiting on 5 dollars for months now when the machine ran out of change but other than that its a ok place

I must say that I was very disappointed and the customer service that was provided from the attendant on duty tonight I arrived at place because the sign says open I had two items to wash when I comforter another piece of cloth the attendant I'll text me and said I need to read sign I wasn't sure if he was talking to me I heard a voice again you need to be sign I said excuse me across the room he said you need to read sign I said I can't even see the sign you want me to read it backwards you need to resign as he repeats himself. So I gathered assume that he was talking about time maybe they're getting ready to close I can understand that so I said so are you closed he says one more time you need to read sign so I take my clothes which is two bags one a comforter and the other one is a piece of cloth outside the door and to my car as I look up I resign it says welcome open everyday 6 a.m. to 1 a.m. last load in by 11:45 p.m. Andy side on the other side says open get into comes outside the door and I said sir why can't I use the machines he said last load 11:45 washing I said what load are you talking about it says last load it doesn't say wash load or doesn't say dry load it says last load so that's not telling me anything do I want to hear so you're closing at 1 a.m. it's not going to take me that long to wash two items so I was very disappointed will I get to place again probably will I go out of my way to come here yeah is it a good location it is because it's across the street from my gym so you see how I spend my Friday nights well exciting life.

Last time I come to do my laundry here I always come but lately alot of junkies hanging inside and doing drugs not really a place where I want to do laundry with my family..... Not manage well we'll good luck with that should be a hangout place for junkies instead of a coin laundry

Best one I have seen in Charlotte so far. Clothes had the correct amount of water to wash them well. Machines were low priced also the dryers too and they worked great.

If I could give it half a star, I would! Nasty, nasty NAASSSTY! No public bathroom so you gotta walk across a 6lane road or 8lane freedom drive. The people are AWFUL, rude and just down right HORRENDOUS on the weekend and they claim to have doubles $3.00and triple loaders $5.00 but, the reality is they ARE NOT anything more than standard and doubles. Dryers dont get hot and if you use the 55lb dryer, it flips on it's own from high heat to Med hot, overall costing more time and money 40.00 spent washing 4 loads and drying 2 (hang dryer of towels, here) you'll also find that in most cases, you need a second rinse spin bc the soaps not rinsed out, the clothes had to be hand rung out before drying. I advise you find another facility, if you want your money's worth and dont wanna waste 4 or 5 hours. It's just that bad!!

Sad to say although in a convienient location American Coin Laundry is not managed well. This place is always busy, always in need of a good sweeping and trash removal. I go here to wash clothes often and have never seen a maintenance person there once. Far atmosphere watch out for the weirdos that hang around. Machines typically work well and cost about the same as any other laundry mat to wash and dry.

I've been here on many occasions the past 4-5 years and it's always a great place to wash/dry your clothes. There are many washers and dryers to use and plenty of wheeled baskets to use to transport your clothes arou d the building. The dryers use gas and get very hot which is nice and you aren't coughing up quarter after quarters waiting to dry. The place has 4 change machines for quarters and a soap/dryer sheet dispenser as well. There's also a nice big sink you can use if needed near the water fountains. Drink and snack machines are on premises too. All in all its an above average laundromat due to the many machines available to use and they are all well maintained. Never see machines broken down here which is wonderful.

This laundry mat is unattended, there are right now 7 individuals not doing laundry but are sleeping in bench’s smoking cigarettes inside and drinking liquor! The facility is very unkempt and unclean!! This is a center for disease and mahiem!! Ok right now two are arguing and cussing out each other!!! This place is a danger zone and a disgrace

So far the machines have not jacked any of my quarters. Soda and snack machine available. Wash time no more than 26 minutes and 50 cents door 9 minutes at a time

If you loose your money in a machine and leave a voicemail on their phone number displayed on the wall you will not get a return call. I try not to use this place too often. Very clean though.

One occasion the machines ate my quarters. The second time that happened, I mentioned it to the guy working. He was useless as he insulted me like I was hustling quarters out of the laundromat. He raised his voice at me, after insulting me. I still didn't get reimbursed for the money that the machine ate. I called the number listed...no response, AT ALL. If you are brave enough to use this facility, count your quarters as you drop them in there. This will be my last time coming, I'd rather go to the one around the corner OR drive to Tryon for Maggie's Coun bc the facility is nice, newer equipment, attendees in the facility, and no toothless crackheads insulting you for the patronage that keeps the damn doors open.
