Used triple loader lost coins had removed clothes from it $4 to move my clothes to 2 doubles and 1 regular washer cost $2.50 more. They replaced my detergent with some they use not of my choice. They dont conmendate their customers and your dont get refund until THEY WATCH video camera hope would you know the camera working. Im PISSED They need to repair washers. Went out with 20.00 some folks on budget.

There should be an attendant that cleans up through out the day. I went at 1 in the afternoon the trash looked like it had been there for days it was full and running over. There were dryer sheets everywhere. Hair and clothes were left in the washers and dryers. Roaches were crawling around. Please clean up!

Love it come here every week since I moved here in 2012 , one time machine didnt work they simply switched it for us and gave us detergent of there own. I love this place great service when needed.

I do my laundry here every Sunday. First one in, first one out, but there is NEVER anyone to assist you. Maybe they are asleep or something but y'all might want to invest in better coin machines if they are going to leave customers unattended.

I go to this laundry mat all the time and never had a bad experience until now. For a Sunday it was a little busier than usual. I was putting my clothes in another washing machine when the attendant took my clothes out of a machine because a customer told them that the machine had stopped. Mind you the customer just saw me put the clothes in the machine. The attendant didn't ask if anyone's clothes machine were done. I had to look all over the laundry mat before I found my clothes and I asked why my clothes were taken out of the machine. His reply was someone asked to use it and I thought they were done. FYI if my clothes were clean they would be wet. Clean clothes do not come out of a washing machine when they are bone dry. I had to spend an additional 1 1/2 hours to do my clothes because all of the washing machines were either broken or taken. At this point I feel like taking my business else where and it is a shame because I like to give my money to family owned businesses in my community.
