Decent prices for wash and fold laundry - but they do dry stuff on high heat and my girlfriend has had some shirts ruined. Haven't really used their dry cleaning service. Weekends are usually pretty busy here and its hard to get open machines, since the store uses a lot of them for its wash and dry service.

I haven't used their wash/dry, but I was a drycleaning customer for 2 years when I lived around the block and found them excellent. They took my clothes quickly, never lost anything, never overcharged, and most importantly my clothes came back clean (including harder to dry clean items like thick blazers) and never damaged.

I like this place because, it's a clean place and the washer and dryer is nice. The man that owns this laundromat is very nice and helpful.

This place is the worst. I have been going here for a year and a half, and recently they have hired a lot of new people who have completely ruined my clothes. The last two times I have dropped off, I paid extra to get my clothes dried on low heat (as I usually do). The clothes must have been dried on the highest heat for hours... to say my clothes shrunk is an understatement. Tops that were a womens size medium now look like a kids extra small. Awful. Hundreds of dollars of clothes are ruined. I gave them a second chance and regret it... do not go here.

I went here for a year. The staff was very friendly and I always enjoyed speaking to them. I noticed every once in a while a pair of underwear would not return home when I picked up my laundry, but it was sporadic and I figured it was honest mistakes. One day I picked up a large load and I had 8+ pairs missing. Weeks later, my roommate picked up a large load and was missing the same amount. I’m never returning. Ladies, there are too many Chelsea laundromats to choose from for you to go here. It’s creepy and underwear is EXPENSIVE! I go to Yau’s excellent cleaners on 19th and 9th now. Slightly cheaper and Yau is sweet as can be.

Horrible, since my dryer went out of commission I decided to bring my stuff there to dry, they said I can't use the dryers unless I use their washers, I'm like okay, can't I pretend to use the washers while I still pay for a load, so theorically I'm still paying to use the washers, they said no, it's our policy. You must use the washers in order to use our dryers. Hello I'm still gonna pay for the washing session, but not actually use it. So it's the same! Dumb policy they have.

Quick coin does your laundry, they follow directions, they pick up and drop off my clothes every few weeks, it's always consistent, always done well. There are a lot of places in the area and I've actually tried most of them. For some reason I keep coming back to quick coin, they're always nice, to the point, and really do their best with my clothes. I also like the late and long hours. I've had a bunch of this and that go wrong with the laundry, but these guys have had the least of that noise. Pick up drop off, dirty clothes go, clean ones come back. For the price of dinner in New York. Not bad. Pretty good. Now please answer the phone... I need my clothes back!

Self service but also have dry cleaning and washing service. Went around 10am on a weekend day and a half the machines we’re available. No issues and would come again.

Super helpful staff, modern, working machines. Very clean. Small load = $4. Dryer = 5 min per quarter. Single packs of detergent powder are $1.25. Coin machine on premise and plenty of ATMs right outside.

My preteen son passed through an area to purchase a detergent box. While passing through heubbed against a machine/passed against a cart trying to get passed an area in the store to only get his shirt bleached. When I told the attendants they looked at me like I was trying to cheat them out of there money. We were told that maybe we came into the store with it bleached. My son took the shirt off and pointed out to them that it was still damp showing it had just happened at there store. They refused to accept responsibility for the damage and claimed they were only responsible for the items they clean. If you get a item damaged because of lack of maintaing there equipment cleaned they are not willing to accept responsibility. They claimed they didn't see happeningt so we aren't responsible. I spoke to the owner and he was unwilling to compromise or even remedy the situation. This location doesn't value it's customers. I would not recommend this place because they weren't willing to remedy the damage that occurred at there location. The damage was not self inflected but because the machine/carts were not cleaned up thoroughly. Now off course when we told them what happened the attendants started to clean up right away and found it comical among themselves. Management at this location lacks customer service skills. They had no intention of honoring any damage due to lack of cleansiness by employees or its customers. I say stay away from this place. I had to call the owner 3 times before someone answered the phone. Which turned out not to be the actual owner but the person I originally complained to. He was no help at all. He apolized, offered no way to remedy the demage.
