Awful business practices. A month late getting a garment leather and cashmere cleaned. When I got it that I found a gaping hole on one of the shoulders that had been stitched up As though I wouldn't notice. I don't know if it was them or the company they outsource to but they need to take responsibility for the damage and now they won't return my calls.

Always had good service and no issues over several years. Sad I can no longer use after moving neighborhood.

I've been using them for almost a year and have been happy with them. They are friendly and prompt. I've had the odd sock or underwear make it into my laundry, but I've never noticed anything of mine missing.

Brice Petruzzelli

Super nice, quick in the morning when you have to drop off your clothes and run to work. I never had any issues anytime I went to Prestige II! (Sidenote - I've never been able to find Prestige I)

Awesome place to wash/dry clothes

I hold this company in the highest regard. I don't often write reviews but I've had such a great experience with this company and they are always on top of things. They clearly care about their customers satisfaction and it works!

Do yourself a favor and visit any other laundry place in the neighborhood. Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience where they completely ripped me off and charged me twice for items I had already paid for. This was a significant cost also because I had to have a number of clothes dry cleaned. They will blame their co-workers saying they didn't charge you properly, or state you dropped laundry off at different times (when you know that is false) claiming they got confused and only charged you part of the load. Oh and be very wary when they ask you to write your credit card details on a post-it note and leave it with them!! I strongly suggest using one of the many other laundry services in the area; I've never written a review like this before but my experience unfortunately warranted it. Happy washing!

Lost my clothes, eventually found them, but delayed me by a few days. No discount or apology provided. Will not go back to them.

This place is great. My clothes come back fresh, clean and REALLY NICELY folded. The owner and the workers are super friendly and helpful. They deliver for free.

Just moved to the neighborhood 6 months ago and found this cleaner a block away. Continually sent shirts back to me with the buttons cracked or split in half. (This had happened once or twice at my old cleaner and they would just take it upon themselves to sew another button on before I even picked up my shirts). Not here. I had at least 8 or so shirts with multiple cracked collar or sleeve buttons and asked them if they can replace any they broke this go round. And they said they can replace buttons but at an additional charge per button. Even though they keep breaking them. I told them to close my account and walked out. And they let me. Terrible customer service.

Summary: don't send anything that you care about for laundry or dry-cleaning here. In particular if it's expensive. They'll ruin it and just say "sue me". We had been doing business with Prestige for about 6 months, a mix of laundry and dry-cleaning. We never had many issues with their laundry (except for the frequent sock missing its pair and the 2h wait for pickup/delivery), but things took a strong turn for the worse when we sent them a couple of ski jackets for washing. One of the jackets was used and the other one was brand new. They both had clear instructions on their labels for machine washing and tumble dry. We sent them alongside our usual laundry without any special instructions for dry cleaning (since they shouldn't be dry cleaned!). When we got them back, they charged us $15/each for dry cleaning! They didn't even bother reading the washing instructions on the labels. The used one came back okay but the new one came back smelling like a wet dog - a really strong, foul smell. We went back and forth for *2 weeks* (!) about this jacket, with various excuses through the process: "it's the material of these new ski jackets", "it needs to be air dried instead of tumble dry" and eventually ending up at "we don't smell anything bad". We tried to argue with them that this was a brand new jacket that was now unusable, but they said there wasn't much more they could do. At the end of the 2nd week, we had a long argument at the store, and the guy (owner?) eventually said "either you let us keep dry cleaning / washing it or you just sue us". It had been two weeks and we had no intention of leaving the jacket there with them. At no point there was an apology. At no point there was an offer to pay for the ruined jacket - not even for a fraction of it. Even worse and more offensive, at the end he started acting like the jacket wasn't smelling bad at all (something he had admitted to previously), like we were making the smell up. All in all this was a terrible experience. We will not return, we do not recommend. There are plenty of better laundry options in the neighborhood, there's no need to use someone that will screw up your brand new jacket and just say "sue me".

You can't actually do laundry in this laundromat, you have to pay someone to wash your clothes for you through an app or something. I believe they still do dry cleaning.
