Seriously bad attitude. Dropped off laundry and was asked to come back at 8pm for pickup, which I did on the dot. Found them closing and unwilling to give me my clothes. Returned next day and not even an apology. Also, twice the price of nearby alternatives. AVOID!

Used the drop off service and one of my jackets came back with a broken zipper. I went back to complain and they said they can't confirm it was broken during the laundry and can't do anything about it. I won't be back there anytime soon so neither should you!

Used self service laundry. I was there on time to pick up my laundry. But they already moved my laundry outside. They are so unfriendly all the time. They threw changes or receipt all the time. One time a machine did not work, so I asked the worker, she said "Omg.....(with annoying face)" I never ever want to go back. Even ONE STAR is too much for this place!!

Our family has been working with Vivian and her staff since our son was a baby - over 20 years! She sorts and folds beautifully and is very kind indeed. If an item is lost (rarely, in my experience), she'll make a serious effort to find it. And the prices remain reasonable.

I’ve been going to this laundry mat for a few months and have witnessed the woman who runs it be aggressive and disrespectful towards other customers, and today I finally got the same treatment. I left while my things were in the dryer and when I returned they were gone. I know it is typical for the employees to move them into the baskets to allow other customers to use the dryers. No big deal. But when my clothing were no where to be found the woman who runs it starting putting the blame on me, claiming no responsibility. When I argued back she yelled at me, calling me rude and embarrassing me in front of the other customers. She clearly did not want to claim any responsibility for misplacing my clothes, taking her aggression out on me THE CUSTOMER. Never have I received this sort of treatment. I do not recommend this business.

They will take your clothes out of the dryer while you're not there, and then claim that what at literally every other laundromat in the city was a 1 dryer load needs 3 dryers. So now I'm stuck with a bunch of half dried clothes because they wanted to scam more money out of me. Plus the washing machines are so old they had to shove quarters in them like 5 times after I paid. Never coming here again.

The staff here is friendly and helpful. The Big V, as I like to call her, has a fantastic memory and always attends to our laundry with the utmost care. Wash, dry, fold; I love it. The place always has our laundry ready when promised.

Avoid at all costs. The woman who runs it is a nightmare. Would like to use some more colorful language but I'll just describe my experience. I get yelled at and called crazy for putting my clothes in the dryer saying it will break the machine and i need to use multiple machines (if everyone in there uses multiple machines imagine how long this will take). This isn't the first time I've done laundry ever, and the machines have never broken for me. Another occasion I put coins in a machine and it doesn't start. I put some more in, confused thinking i may not have put enough still doesnt start. I tell her, she knows it's busted then refuses to refund me because she doesn't believe i put the extra coins in. To sum up old machines that are on the brink of failure and a terrible person jipping people out of their change and yelling at customers. I wish there was something more severe i could do but i guess I'll walk an extra several blocks to wash my clothes.
